At dinnertime, the Hwang family gathered at the large dining room table. Hyunjin threw a few glances at his brother, who still had a smile on his face. He was talking animatedly with one of the employees. Aish, how does Jisung manage to socialize with that kind of people?

— Dinner is served, Your Majesties. — The cook warned while the other employees set the food on the table. Hyunjin looked at the food, trying to hide his excitement at seeing what they would eat. The cook really knows the Hwang brothers' tastes.

— Wow, Jihyo Noona, this is delicious. — Jisung praises without hiding how much he likes the woman's food. — You never make mistakes, Noona.

— Thank you very much, Your Majesty. — Jihyo smiled, slightly embarrassed.

— Noona, I already said that you can call me Jisung. — Jisung smiles at the woman.

— Okay, Jisung... — The woman answers. — I'm going back to the kitchen. — She warns before leaving along with the other employees.

— Are you serious? Dad, are you really going to let the employees call Jisung by his name? — Hyunjin asks indignantly.

— Jisung feels uncomfortable when they call him Majesty, if he doesn't mind being called by his name, then that's fine with me. — Christopher smiles, looking at his youngest son.

— Thanks, dad. — Jisung thanks.

— That's not possible. Father, we are princes, we must be called Majesty. — Hyunjin says, trying not to get carried away with his own father.

— Mom didn't like being called Majesty, either. — Jisung comments without looking at his brother. There it is, the argument that made everything go silent.

Christopher sensed the strange atmosphere among the children and decided to change the subject. He commented on the boys' studies, they study at the castle with a private teacher, Chris warned that classes would be back soon.

— Dad, can I study at a normal school? — Jisung asks. — This year I want to study with people my age.

— That is too much, Jisung. — Hyunjin snorts tiredly. — It's that commoner who's getting to your head, isn't it?

— Hyunjin, don't put Felix's name in the middle of the conversation. — Jisung says.

— What are you talking about? — Christopher asks, confused.

— Jisung has been making friends with a commoner, he even brought him here to the castle.

— I'm not afraid to say I did, he's my friend. — Jisung faces his brother, who had not a very good expression. The youngest Hwang could even see fire in his elder brother's eyes.

— Look, I don't see a problem with Jisung having lower class friends, as long as he doesn't let himself be influenced by other people. — Christopher says. — Son, are you sure you want to study at a normal school? — He asks the youngest son.

— I am, dad.

— I'll think about it calmly, ok? We still have time to resolve this. — Christopher looks at Jisung, who smiled as he heard his father's words.

— Really? Thanks, dad! — Jisung gets up from his seat and hugs his father, who returned the hug in no time.

— I can't believe it, I'm going to retire. — Hyunjin gets up and leaves the dining room. He was furious with his father's attitude, he's the King, he shouldn't let his son go to school with young rioters.

Christopher watched the scene of his son leaving the table without even finishing his meal. He didn't like to see his son like that, he remembered how Hyunjin used to be a kind and caring boy, he thought how that boy had become so cold, maybe it was his fault for not paying enough attention to him.

Hwang Hyunjin had never said it out loud, but he believed that his father had Jisung as his favorite son, in fact, he thought the same about his mother. Of course, the Queen always gave a lot of affection and attention to the both of them, but Hyunjin felt that Jisung received much more love and attention than he did.

When his mother died, Christopher was locked in his room for weeks, not letting anyone in, but Jisung somehow managed to see his father and convince him to go back to work, since the kingdom needed him.

Hyunjin didn't hate Jisung at all, but he didn't feel that brotherly love either, for him, it doesn't matter if the youngest Hwang is there or not.

After all, Hwang Hyunjin only cares about himself and no one else.
