"Alright Angelita, you're up" Marcello announced as Angel took her place in the centre of the room in allosecone position. She graciously lifted her arms in first position, opening them to second.
Remembering the critiques she was given during her ballet private by Madam, she began her fouettés. Her chin was high in the air as she extended her torso, sucking in her core to give herself more control.
She turned to the rhythm of the classical music which Marcello played. He watched the ballerina execute her fouettés flawlessly, a smile played at his lips.
Angel ended her turns, placing her feet back into allosecone position. Marcello applauded her and continued calling the other ballerinas to proceed with their fouettés too.
"Bianca, you're up" Marcella announced as the confident girl made her way to the centre of the room. Executing her turns perfectly, she held her nose high and sent a playful smirk at Marcello.
Bianca De Ricci, one of the most talented ballerinas at the academy. She always got want she wanted, all the ballet instructors adored her and her flawless technique. She had that 'perfect ballerina' look. Medium in height, slim built, long legs and a pretty face to look at.
Angelita was never too fond of her. Every time the two communicated, Bianca spoke arrogantly as if she was too good for Angel. It was like she despised her.
Angel didn't fully understand why, she tried to be kind to every ballerina at the academy. But still, Bianca found a way to act cold towards Angel.
Flora always teased her saying how it was probably because Alessandro Moretti had a 'thing' for Angelita. Bianca had an overly obsession towards Alessandro and always did anything just to get noticed by the charming boy. Alessandro was one of the best male ballerinas at the academy. He was quite handsome being tall in height and having a striking smile with two dimples which made all the girls drool. He had chestnut soft hair and a pair of alluring hazel eyes.
