As Coach Ukai called the Karasuno players to practice again after the break is over, the tangerine seems to be playing normally..although there is this weird and uneasy feeling in them that they should ask if he's okay really

Although 2 certain people know already what it is and is not saying anything.

Hinata's POV

I'm very thankful that Tsukishima didn't told to the other members about what he heard. I don't know why is he there, if it's accidental or not..I'm just thinking to not make my teammates be worried about me.

We're still practicing the quick as if really I didn't just got rejected and even my performance where better than usual although when we are discussing I didn't even look at him, not a bit.

After we discussed the quick, I saw Kageyama glancing at me but I just looked away from him and started to proceed on my receives.

Sorry Kageyama...I can't look at you right now. 

I sighed since I found it childish but I just don't really want to make eye-contact to him until the pain from being rejected cooled down.

Well, I've liked him for a long time so it's harder to take it...I guess.

There we continue practicing until it's nighttime and we gathered up to plan our formations and all the attack patterns we've set.

Our formation is at strongest when Noya-san, Daichi-san, and me are in the court since we both have the offense and defense, strong at that time.

We need to win this..

I looked in front with a serious face as I remember our bracket and thought of all the players from those teams that we will have to compete.

Why is the time to practice so relatively short when it comes to interhigh? 

I sighed and pinched the bridge of my nose since my team haven't gone to a proper training yet other than our own selves. 

Out of all them, I'm the only one who had the most experience and this will be hard if we have to beat Shiratorizawa too.

Wait! I remember our manager from the restaurant saying she had a brother who is a college volleyball player too!

I quickly fished out my flip phone since I still didn't manage to assemble my new one due to having no time to do it.

I quickly texted out our restaurant manager as I started to discuss our situation then she suddenly called me.

"Uh..Hinata?"

"Wait a second Coach, I need to take this"

I quickly answered the call and lowered my head as I nodded to her instructions while my teammates are looking at me in confusion.

"Yes..Yes! Thank you very much! We'll be there!"

I smiled happily at the phone as I heard my manager chuckled on the other line before she said goodbye and hang up the call.

"Hinata...what was-"

"Coach!"

"Yes?!"

Coach Ukai flinched at my sudden high-pitched voice while I stood up shivering in excitement.

"I found a way that can help us before the interhigh prelims!"

~ The next day (The day before the interhigh) ~

All the Karasuno members where blanked and stunned as we've arrived at the huge gym that the restaurant manager's brother goes to. 

All the players where much taller than us as they where all practicing different kinds of routines. 

The ceiling is so high and the wide spacious field that we can use on practicing makes our gymnasium like a bug to this college gymnasium.

"H-Hinata..."

Coach Ukai stuttered as he was blanked at what he's looking seeing that all the players in front of us are already college students.

"Yes Coach?"

I asked not turning to him as my eyes where wide in excitement since this is the first time I will play against college players because when I was a pro, I didn't went into the university and go straight to the try-outs in the league.

Starting then, I've been competing to different leagues and from the other countries too but I've never played against a college team.

"You...what-WHAT IS THIS?!"

He suddenly shouted that startled me and made the college players in front turn to us.

A specific Red-haired male that resembled the manager's features caught my attention as he waved at me.

"Ah! Are you the orange-haired kid my sister talked about?"

He said something first to his coach then ran towards me as I smiled at him.

"Hi, I'm Rin Asaki brother of Min Asaki"

He stretched out his hand when I shook it and introduced my teammates.

"Ah, thank you for inviting us! This my teammates by the way"

"Woah..these two are much taller than me when I played at my high-school team and you...are really short"

He chuckled at the end that made my smile twitch when he introduced his team to us too.

"This are my team. You're very on time to ask my sister a favor since we're practicing from different schools for our training too"

"Yeah, we need to before the interhigh prelims"

"Oh right! It will be..tomorrow right?"

"Yep"

I nodded happily when he sweatdropped since he's probably surprised too at this decision of having a practice match right before the tournament.

"Well, you guys are pretty ballsy. Let's have a good game"

He smiled at me as he went back to his team and a player approached us to assist  on where will be changing into our uniforms.

"Hinata.."

I flinched as I slowly turned to see the Coach glaring at me since what he is about to say earlier was cut off.

"You never told us that it will be a college team, I thought it's just a high-school team"

"Ah! Hehe, I wanted to be a surprise....so...surprise?"

I said it in a questioning tone when he sighed and facepalmed himself.

"But Hinata-kun..why did you decide to have a pratice-match when the interhigh-prelims is on tomorrow?"

Takeda-sensei asked as he tried to calm Coach Ukai's nerves.

"Isn't that more effective? Like when you're taking an exam, it's better to study right before the exam so the lessons will be fresh in your mind"

I answered as Takeda-sensei where a bit surprised at my wise words.

"You know, we'll just gonna get ourselves embarassed"

Tsukishima said frowning at me when I smirked as I glanced over the shoulder to look at him.

"You never know~"

I sang happily as I skipped to the changing room while I heard him sigh deeply.
