"So if she has a son with her husband's grandpa, doesn't that make the kid the uncle of the husband?"

"Yes, because the kid is the brother of the husband's father now, right?" Rebecca asked while thinking deeply.

"Wait! Wait! Did he stayed with her too?" Jennifer jumped on her chair.

"I think so."

"So he is also the stepfather of his uncle?" I gasped.

"I am telling you, man. You can't trust any girl. They are not loyal." Devan scoffed.

"Hey!!" The girls exclaimed and started hitting Devon.

I came out of my dorm to take some fresh air after being stuffed inside the whole day. I was bored and called Julian to see him, and apparently, Mister decided to join a soccer club in North Toronto. I had to wait until he was done playing. That was four hours ago.

The night was awake and moonlit. Some students were outside profiting off the 9 PM calm weather to hang out. I sat with a familiar group at a table in the courtyard, next to the library, discussing a cheating scandal ravaging the internet. There was still tension between Xavier, Agea, and me. I was aware that it was my fault we were awkward; I was avoiding their questioning doubt and added fuel to the fire. I wasn't ready to confront them. One day, I would have to tell them the truth but not that soon. I was afraid of their reaction, especially Agea; I didn't want to lose all three relationships.

I had classes with each one of these guys. Rebecca was brown hair, blue eyes, daughter of a model. Jennifer, brown skin, black hair, and dark eyes. Devan, dark-skinned, built like a basketball player, was also Julian's friend. Then, there was Sebastian, easy to recognize with his striking resemblance to Justin Bieber; they were family.

"Sebastian, what was the last time you saw Justin and his wife?" I crossed my legs and smiled grandly.

"A few months ago." The blond shrugged.

"How's Hailey handling the marriage knowing he is still in love with Selena?"

I have wanted to ask him that question since the first day he stepped into Trinity Fox.

"By pretending they like each other." He chuckled with the others.

We laughed and gossiped more about celebrities until the conversation shifted to the sport. It was starting to get late and colder. By the time I decided to leave, it was already ten. I took everyone's phone number because I enjoyed the conversation we had, and I wanted to expand my friendship circle, learn how to be trustworthy again.

As I was thirty feet away from the table, crossing the campus to my dorm when I heard a masculine voice yelling my name. I turned around to see Devon jogging towards me. He lightly touched my arm when he stood in front of me. I stepped out of his reach just in case a ripped, tattooed Mexican guy came back from playing soccer.

"I saw you around and never had a chance to ask you. Are you doing anything Tuesday night?" He smiled, flexing his Colgate's teeth.
