I somehow managed to end the project with Raj.. A week later, I was looking through the office window..

What do I do about the new project, we needed some investors..

The door opened.. It was Vikram, in his grey suit..

I smiled at him and He came towards me..

"Sree.. I have got a surprise for you? ", he said

" Ya? ", I asked

" Well Veena ma got us tickets to Munnar for a week", he said

"Wow vacation , great!! ", I said grinning

" Hey don't worry, this isn't our honeymoon, this is a chill trip" He said

Why would I worry? Anyways he knew I wanted my honeymoon in Maldives, hope he didn't forget..

And it was our anniversary in 3 days! I understood what this trip meant, but I was silent..

"We leave tomorrow morning, so pack everything you need! ", he said

" And ya I called the other pairs, so that it would be more fun ", he said

Ohh, means Raya and Akshara would be coming..
Pack everything! Omg! I needed to buy lots of things, and I hadn't thought of anything for the anniversary, I should get him some gift right!! And I had only today!! I was panicking

" Sree? Everything fine? ", he asked

" Ya yaa.. Tomorrow.? And you are here to tell me this? ", I asked.. What was he doing here in office hours

" I wanted to see my wife, come on! ", he said..

I raised my eye brow..

" All right!! That is a part of the truth, I wanted to see your expression live and I had a meeting nearby, btw you don't seem so excited? ", he asked sadly

" Hey no,  no I am excited, it's just that I'm trying to process, you are like we are leaving tomorrow,  I have so much to shop! I'll be late tonight ", I said

" Shop? Why? ", he asked

" Well of course , I need to get new dresses, you won't understand.. ", I said

" Ok ok", he said smiling and came near me and kissed my cheek..
He had tat woodsy smelling cologne around him..

"See you then, got to go", he said and went out..

I took my phone and texted in my watsapp group with the girls.

Sree : Girls!!!!Got the news?

Akshara : Yup Ajay told me just now😄
