So a waiting room is a reality thats between your dr and cr. Its meant to be an area were you can focus and think. Its called a 'waiting room' because here is were your waiting to enter your dr. Its a good place to be able to concentrate without any distractions. Your waiting room can be were ever you would like (beach house, cottage, etc.), and this is were youll end up if you scripted it. You than need to lay down in the bed provided in your waiting room and shift into your dr
Its kind if like a 'safe place' were you can take a moment to "breathe" if you need to while in the shifting process
I personally dont use a waiting room since i find it easier to just shift over to my dr (since i need to shift into my waiting room anyway), but i know some people prefer to have this waiting room as an option
A sum up: a waiting room is a place between your cr and dr that you shift to, and than from your waiting room you shift into your dr
