Hello my friends and heres a method with no visualizing needed :)

Step 1:
Get in any comfortable position and close your eyes

Step 2:
Keep repeating the words 'i am' until you start to feel symptoms of shifting (ive made a chapter on them if your unsure what some of the symptoms are)

Step 3:
Once you get the symptoms, start to slowly count from 1 to 100, and say affirmations between the numbers
