---Toby's POV---
As I walked with exhaustion while supporting Hoodie on my shoulder with his arm on my neck , I reached our rendezvous and met a saddened BEN, an exhausted Eyeless Jack, and Liu, and Jeff, and Laughing Jack's dead bodies on the ground.
"Is Hoodie...?" BEN started.
"N-no... He's just breathing w-weakly..." I answered as I gently set Hoodie's limp body next to Jeff's. "They... Didn't m-make it... Did they..." I said as I stepped back and examined the bodies.
BEN and Liu hung their heads low in sadness.
"Wait... M-Masky hasn't come back yet?" I asked nervously.
"No. He must be still fighting." Jack answered.
"We need to h-help him out! We can't let him d-die too!" I blurted.
"N-no... D-don't... We'll... Only get in his way..."
"Hoodie?!" I asked suprised.
"He's still alive!" Jack gasped.
"Hoodie?" I called out as I knelt beside him.
"T-Toby... You must not interfere with Masky's battle..." Hoodie said weakly.
"B-but he needs our help!" I retorted.
"Toby, listen to me... During his fight, he'll lose control and go wild... He'll become stronger without his control... If you choose to help him, he will not recognize you and kill you..." Hoodie stated.
"W-well, if he has control over himself, I'll help out."
"V-very...well..." Hoodie replied as his head fell slowly.
"Hoodie? Hoodie?! Dear God, no don't die!!"
"Calm down! I... Am just trying to rest..."
"Huh? Oh okay... Hehe..." I laugh nervously.
My face turns back into a worried expression when I remembered Masky's condition. Sure, he may be a douche, and a complete dick-head, but he never placed any of us in danger... He's... As much as I hate to admit but... He's a friend... And I'm not going to let him die...
