kari asked,as keith shut the front door.

after keith and kilani's talk and chick fil a feast,keith had soon realized how late it was.

by the time he was on his way home,it was already past two o'clock.

so,instead of going home,keith decided to use the time he did have available at the 24hour campus gym.

"i was at the gym."
he let out as he set his keys on the counter,pulling his shoes off.

"you were at the gym for"
kari paused,looking at the time on the stove.

"nine hours?"
he asked,with an attitude.

"oh,i went and gave kilani a ride and then got something to eat before. i also stopped and got breakfast before i drove here so-"

"keep acting nonchalant,i'll punch you."
kari said as he ate his egg.

"i don't know what you're talking about."
keith smirked.

"bullshit!"
kari yelled at him making him burst out laughing.

"lying gets you nowhere,except hell!"
he told him.

keith shrugged.
"based off of the things i've done in my life,i think i'm going to hell regardless."

kari sighed.
"you're so fucking stupid."

keith chuckled as he opened the fridge,grabbing a water.

"so,how was your date,with kilani?"
he asked,with a raised eyebrow making keith's stomach churn.

"ew,it wasn't a date. she needed a ride so i delivered,we ate and then i took her home."
he told him.

"right. that's what they all say."
calvin said as he ventured out of the room,and onto the couch.

"ten months later,they're planning their wedding."
he said picking up a book.

"i'm never getting married,i can't even lie."
keith said.

"i'm not ready for that kind of commitment,and i don't think i ever will be"

"your dm's are fuller than a fucking college waitlist."

"i'm not ready to settle down with some woman who spends her time stalking a mans life. i need space."
he answered.

he asked.
"and basically every other girl in this school?"
