Heaving heavy sighs in sync, Jake and Patricia couldn't help but to unconsciously look at one another.

Small smiles turned into laughs escape from their lips as soon as their eyes met.

"Friends?" Jake, without a second thought asked, referring to the reason the girl sighed.

Patricia nodded. "Sayo din?"

"Yup"

"Parang parehas tayo ng breed ng kaibigan" she remarked.

"Mahilig mangasar sila Jay"

"Sakin din, for the same reason?"

"Same reason."

Jake bit his lips and looked down to his tray of food, so as Patricia as they both try to suppress their laughters and they did.

Or so just they thought, for when their eyes landed on the same level as to one another, the giggles they have been trying to stop, escaped once again.
