20. Pictures Of You

Aria walked over to Jeremy's gravestone, a bouquet of flowers in her hand.

Aria kneeled infront of the gravestone, and put the flowers on Jeremy's grave, "Hey, Jer" she whispered, "I'm sorry this is the first time I've visited your grave since coming back, it was just too hard, but recently a lot has happened, I killed twelve witches, and an immortal witch helped me get the cure, I also visited Jenna, she misses you, I miss you, I need you Jer, I'm kind of losing my mind, I'm trying to move on but it's not easy, your grave is surrounded by everyone that I've lost, Ric, Mom, Dad, your dad, supermom, what's happened Jer, how am I still alive, how have I not shut if off? I guess my biggest fear is disappointing all of you, specially since I know, you, Ric and Finn are probably watching over their train wreck, I need you to know, that the last time we met, at the lake, that wasn't goodbye Jer, I'm going to bring you back, I think I'm close, just please be patient with me, you were supposed to come back with all of us, and I'm going to make sure you do".

Aria wiped her tears and slowly stood up, she gave the other gravestones one last glance, before finally waking away, unaware that her best friend was watching her from the other side.

"I believe in you" Jeremy whispered to Aria's retreating figure.

Aria quickly turned around and faced Jeremy's gravestone, she swore she heard Jeremy's voice, "I'm losing my mind" Aria whispered, before finally walking away.

"Hello?" Stefan greeted.

"You are such a liar, Stefan!" Katherine yelled into the phone.

"Excuse me?" Stefan asked confused.

"You do the whole drama of saving me from Kol and Damon, and you get angry at me for losing the cure, but turns out it was you who stole the cure in the first time!" Katherine yelled.

"I saved you from Damon and Kol?" Stefan asked confused, "Why would I do that? And I don't even know where the cure is, how the hell did I steal it from you?".

"Stop lying to me Stefan!" Katherine yelled, "The cure was the one thing that could have given me my freedom from Klaus, but you took that from me, and then you pretended to be all innocent, but you forgot, this whole town is under my compulsion, it didn't long for me to figure out that it was you who stole the cure from me and gave it to Aria".

"Have you lost your mind?" Stefan asked, "I didn't take the cure from you, yesterday I was with Elena who Damon and Kol had locked up in the bar without her daylight ring".

"If you weren't here with me, then who was?" Katherine asked confused.

"I don't--", Stefan stopped mid-sentence, realising who had taken his face to fool Katherine, "One of the brothers, Silas or Damien, has been going around town wearing Shane's face".

"What?" Katherine asked confused.

"Katherine, I think one of the brothers wore my face and fooled you" Stefan replied.

"Are you kidding me?!" Katherine yelled, "Why would they do that?".

"I don't know" Stefan replied, equally as confused.
