'RUN BOY RUN'

Y/n Hargreeves POV:

I was lying down on Vanya's bed because I needed a bit of rest after soo much work like time-traveling then the murder, It's not like I didn't enjoy it but I was just exhausted so while we decided to wait for her to come home I rested my eyes but five wanted to make an impression and tell her that she shouldn't leave her windows open... ugh what a lover boy he makes me sick, anyways my eyes opened when I heard  the sink water running which was right outside the room, I took a few seconds then got up and went outside when I did I saw Vanya taking care of five's wound and he was staring at her, with concern but then it hit him that she was too young and he began to talk,

 "When I jumped forward and got stuck in the future, do you know what I found?"

"no"

"nothing" I replied from behind them, they hadn't noticed me,

"Jesus", Vanya exclaimed,

"Ola sissy"

"wait how did you know?" questioned a confused five, Vanya had never seen that look on his face and was surprised as hell,

"I time-traveled a lot as I told you but when I got a little hang of it I decided to come to the future as well I first reached the year 2016 I was 30 and everything was going fine and apparently now that I see it I even went on a date with Deigo but it didn't work out,"

"Ugghh" we all groaned in disgust

"But then I reached the year 2020, there was nothing and no one and I left the moment I came cause I couldn't handle it and didn't want to believe that it was true", 

"It is true, I teleported there the day I left, and as far as I could tell I was the last person left alive,  I never figured out what killed the human race, but... I did find something else... the day it happens...", Vanya and I gave our full attention, "the world ends in eight days and I have no idea how to stop it" he continued,

This was way too much for Vanya to handle "I'll put on a pot of coffee" and with that, she got up and left,

"Wait so you have been stuck alone for 45 years?" I asked shocked because I couldn't handle the idea of being alone at that shithole, he gave me a slight nod, and just with that I hugged him and he tightly hugged me back, I knew he needed that he hasn't felt a human touch in ages it would be very ruff and with a sigh, we pulled back, I put my hand on his cheek and caressed it with my thumb and kissed him on the forehead,

"So what did you eat?" Vanya asked as she poured the coffee into 3 mugs, when we realized how close we were and I pulled back and stood up, I walked over to Vanya to help with the mug and took mine,

"I survived on scraps", he answered "canned food, cockroaches, anything I could find" he completed with a chuckle I could tell he was thinking back to all those times,

"You know that rumor that Twinkies have an endless shelf life?", Vanya nodded,

"Well it's total bullshit", I let out a chuckle, I was leaning on the kitchen counter sipping my coffee, They both shot me a look and went back to their conversation,
