What are you doing?"

Seungmin tilted his head in
confusion like a puppy as he
watched his boyfriend who
was laying on the floor sprawled
out like a starfish.

But only in boxershorts.

"Minnie~
It's too hot"

The older whined,
pouting softly and making
grabby hands towards his boyfriend.

He was indeed sweating a lot,
his skin shimmering in the sunlight and Seungmin felt bad for his lover,
being heavily pregnant in summer was definitely no fun at all.

It was the 12th August so there
were only three more weeks left
until Hyunjin's due date.

September the 3rd.

"Oh my poor baby,
have you taken a shower yet?"

The younger knelt down and wiped the sweat away from his boyfriend's forehead before pressing a kiss there.

But Hyunjin being Hyunjin wasn't satisfied with that and whined,
his lips forming to an adorable pout.

"Stop being cute, that's annoying."

"But you like it."

Seungmin laughed before
kissing the older, still grinning
into the kiss as his hand found
its way to the other's cheek,
caressing it softly.

"So, did you shower already?"

"Yeah, this morning.
I already woke up drowning
in my sweaty shirt."

"That's a lie and you know it,
you sleep shirtless."

Hyunjin pouted like a scolded
child when his boyfriend laughed
at him but a kiss on his nose immediately made him all
smiley again.

"You can take another cold shower,
you know? Just skip the shower gel,
it's not good for your skin."

"Only if you shower with me."

"Jinnie~
You're a big boy, you can do it alone."

The puppy eyes Hyunjin gave his boyfriend were definitely irresistible,
at least that's what Seungmin thought.

How could he ever be mad or
strict to the older when he
was literally just a big baby.

Intimidating and cold CEO, who?

"But Minnie~
Jinnie wants a hug but
I'm too hot for any skin ship so
this is only possible under a
cold shower.
See it as a date in the rain."

"So you want to take me on
a date to our bathroom?
To shower together?"

"Correct!"

Hyunjin giggled softly when
his boyfriend palmed his face
and shook his head at the same
time before turning around
and going away.

"Where are you going?"

"To the bathroom,
I have a date there!"

"But Minnie~
I need help getting up!"

It took them what felt like
two hours until they were
finally under the shower,
Hyunjin giggling excitedly like
a little girl on Christmas and Seungmin was testing the temperature of the water
so it wouldn't be too cold,
just chilly and nice for a hot day.

"Jinnie, stop wriggling around!
You'll slip and hurt yourself!"

"But I'm excited!
We're showering together!"

The younger couldn't help but
shake his head, he really had to
love such a weird child.

"We've showered so much
together already, why are you
so excited about it?"

"I don't know, I just love you."

Hyunjin leaned forward and
nuzzled his face in the crook
of Seungmin's neck as he wrapped
his arms around the younger's waist,
waiting for his boyfriend to
hug him back.

"A year ago I'd have never guessed that you're such a cuddlebug."

"I'm not, you made me one.
But can I be blamed?
You're warm and soft
and you smell good.
Your cuddles are the best!"

"Is that so?
Then you should be prepared
that your son will love my
cuddles too."

"I'm okay with that,
he'll be cute like you and
he's tiny so I might leave some
space but only for him.
That's enough sharing!"

And Seungmin only held
his boyfriend close, rubbing
his back as the cold water ran
down their bodies and pressed
a little peck on the ravenette's cheek.

But he immediately hit Hyunjin
softly when he felt the older's hands wandering to his bare butt.

"Yah! We were having such
a cute moment right now!
Way to ruin the mood, pervert!"

"Can't help it,
you're so beautiful and sexy."

"And you're already pregnant,
my job is done."

"But-"

Hyunjin's eyes fluttered close
just like how the words he had wanted to say disappeared from
his memory the moment Seungmin shut him up with a soft kiss,
their lips touching so gently.

And as he closed his eyes,
he could really imagine kissing
his love under the refreshing rain
on a late summer night.
