jay was worried for his brother .. he knows he was hurt but isn't he like , over reacting ?! it was just a crush yet sunoo was having an emotional breakdown .
it's been about two solid days that he's just staying inside his room . and if he'll go out , you can just see him walking lazily to the dining table . he can't skip his meals because their mom would scold him . but he just eats small portion of his food and rarely talk . sunghoon really had a huge impact in his life for him to act like this .
" sunoo , do you want to go shopping with me ? I have an extra on my allowance " jay asked him after he knocked on the younger's door .
jay just heard a faint groan and a small 'no' as an answer . he shakes his head .. this isn't sunoo anymore .
" yah ! didn't you want to buy the peach sweater on H&M ?! I remember you asking me to buy that sweater last week . c'mon let's get it now ! " he shouted again but he felt a thud on the door . maybe he threw something hard on it . jay knows that if he's like that , you can't convince him so he just heaved a deep sigh , feeling defeated . he'll just buy it later for him to make him feel a bit brighter .
he just went to the mall alone but he'll meet his boyfriend there . they're just a new couple and still observing each other's behaviors .
" hey won .. sorry to keep you waiting for long . I have some stuffs to do before I went here " he explained and jungwon nodded in understanding .. he can't hate him even he waited for more than thirty minutes for him . it's not long enough compared to the years he waited for him to finally notice him .
" don't worry , I just got here .. " he lied , but it's okay . he just want jay not to feel guilty .
Jungwon noticed that his boyfriend is a bit troubled .. he could clearly see it through his face .
" love .." he called
" hmm ? " jay answered and looked at him ..
" is there something wrong ? " and with that , jay released a sigh .. finally he had someone to share his problems with .
" I'm worried about my brother .. he's not the cheerful guy that he used to . it's just because of his recent heartbreak "
jungwon nodded .. he knows what sunoo feels . he undergone through that before because of a guy . he can clearly relate to him ..
" what should I do ? should I let him be ? or do something ? "
" just let him be for now .. he'll recover in time "
" but what if he'll change for good ? I mean .. I can't see him that way forever. it's not fun anymore . I miss my baby brother " jay said that made jungwon to giggle . he finds him cute for admitting that he missed his brother . is he like that also when he misses him ? jungwon could just imagine some scenarios in his mind but it isn't the right time to daydream right now .
" then , do you have a plan in mind ?"
" should we set him up for a date ?" jay answers and his boyfriend just stared at him .. " do you have a close friend whom I can trust my brother with ? I can't let him date any guy that I didn't know their background . it's unsafe " he added and jungwon looked away , he was thinking of someone but he wasn't sure if he'll go with their plan .
" love ? " jay called when he noticed that jungwon is spacing out .
" a-ahh .. sorry , I just remembered someone but I'm not sure if he's up to this . " he cooed internally when he saw jay's puppy eyes , as if he was pleading for him to do their plan . it's too much for his heart to handle . is he being real ? gosh , what did he do in his past life to have a boyfriend this adorable
" alright , I'll meet him later to tell him about the plan . i guess it doesn't matter if it's a guy right ? I don't have that much girl acquaintances " he explains and jay scooted closer to give him a warm hug .. it's the second time Jay hugs him but it feels euphoric like the first time . he's so happy to finally feel him embracing him again .
" thank you love .. you're the best ! what did I do to deserve someone like you ?" jay sincerely says .. he's so thankful for having jungwon in his life . he just hopes that nobody could ever separate them from each other .
" don't mention it love , I'm always happy to help you . "
" i love you ~" jay said that made jungwon's mind to malfunction . he can't even utter any sound because his heart flutters so much so he just hugged jay back instead ..

jungwon went to his childhood friend . they're close , yes . but he doesn't know if he's up to it . he knows he had a huge problem now and he can't add any burden to him right now but he also wants him to be happy . maybe if he'll meet sunoo , he'll change his mind and be happy with him instead .
he knocked the door and was instantly opened after a few seconds .
" oh , jungwon .. what do you want ?" a middle aged man asked him .. he's drunk again and he's afraid that he maltreated him again .
" is ni-ki there ? I want to tell him something .. " jungwon said politely . he doesn't want the man to be angry at him. because if he'll trigger him , ni-ki will take all his anger . it happened before and he doesn't want that to happen again .
" he's in his room .. "
" umm , can he have a sleepover at my house ? just this night .. " he asked the man , to save ni-ki for tonight .
" do whatever you want . but let him do the chores before going out " ni-ki's dad said and went out . jungwon just ran upstairs to meet ni-ki .
as he opened the door , he was met by a guy laying on the floor with some bruises on his legs and back . his dad is punching and whipping him on the parts that no one could see . jungwon rushed to him and helped him to his bed .
