3rd Person POV

Tony Stark walks outside by the lake next to his cabin, clapping his hands. "Chow time!" He calls. He walks towards a child's tent and sits down. "Maguna? Morgan H. Stark. You want some lunch?"

"Define lunch or be disintegrated." Morgan Stark, 4 year old daughter to Pepper and Tony, walks out in a blue and silver helmet over her head

"Okay, You should not be wearing that, okay?" Tony tells her, pulling the helmet off of her head. "That is part of a special anniversary gift I'm making for Mom."

"Okay." Morgan says

"There you go. Are you thinking about lunch?" Tony asks her. "I can give you a handful of crickets on a bed of lettuce."

"No."

"That's what you want." Tony says. Then, he lifts up the helmet. "How did you find this?"

"Garage." Morgan says

"Really? Were you looking for it?" Tony asks

"No. I found it, though." Morgan says innocently

"You like going to the garage, huh?" Tony asks, picking her up and carrying her. "So does daddy. It's fine, actually. Your mom never wears anything I buy her."

Tony starts walking towards the house, but then he notices a black car coming to a stop in the driveway. Steve, Natasha, and Scott get out of the car. Nikita stares at Tony from her spot, still sitting in the backseat. Tony sighs upon seeing the three outside of the car. His eyes lock onto Nikita's and he turns away, walking up the stairs with his daughter in his arms

Tony turns around for a brief moment, looking at Natasha. Natasha gives him a nod to which he returns before turning around again

"Come on." Natasha whispers to the others. She opens Nikita's door and Nikita gets out of the car

"Now, we know what it sounds like." Scott says as Tony pours coffee for the group outside on the porch

"Tony, after everything you've seen, is anything really impossible?" Steve questions as Tony hands Natasha the drink

"Quantum fluctuation messes with the Planck Scale, which then triggers the Deutsch Proposition. Can we agree on that?" Tony questions

The group of four look at each other

Tony hands Steve the drink. "Thank you." Steve says

"In Layman's terms, it means you're not coming home." Tony tells the four

"I did." Scott says. "So did Nikita."

"No, you two accidentally survived." Tony says. "It's a trillion to two cosmic fluke. And now you wanna pull off a... What do you call it?" He asks, handing Scott the drink

"A time heist?" Scott suggests

"Yeah, a time heist." Tony says. "Of course, why didn't we think of this before? Oh, because it's laughable? Because it's a pipedream?"

"The Stones are in the past." Scott says. "We can go back and get them."

"We can snap our own fingers." Natasha says. "We can bring everyone back."

"Or screw it up worse than he already has, right?" Tony says

"I don't believe we would." Steve says

"Gotta say, sometimes I miss that giddy optimism." Tony snarks. "However, high hopes won't help if there's no logical, tangible way for me to safely execute said time heist. I believe the most likely outcome would be our collective demise."
