By the time they finished securing the traps, the sun was setting. The machines Somin brought with her were complex and Jaehyun needed to share some of the translations he'd been working on with her in order to de-bug them. When reading the notes, she wondered if she'd ever be able to learn this language. Whenever, she heard Somin talk over the phone with the others it sounded beyond alien.

'Everything good on your side?'

'Yeah,' two minutes later Jaehyun flew down next to them, 'Is it good?' asked Somin.

'It is,' said Jaehyun, he checked his watch, 'Shit I need to get back. Is there anything else we need to do?'

'No,' Somin shook her head, 'Now we just wait and see what happens. The others will join us when it starts.'

'Alright then,' Jaehyun looked at Chaeyoung, 'Need a ride home?'

'Na, I'm just going to fly.'

'Wow, talk about being subtle,' chirped Somin. She stepped into her car, 'I'll see you two tomorrow evening, we need to test if the equipment is working,' they nodded, and she hooted on her way out.

'Sure, you don't want a ride?'

'Na, I'm good. See you tomorrow?'

'Yeah. Thank you, Rosé,' he hugged her tightly, 'Think about what I said. I won't tell anyone unless we're both going to do it. In the meantime, get some rest, okay,' softly he patted the top of her head

She nodded, 'Will do Jae,' she waited for him to leave, then made one final check around the cabin's surrounding area. Seeing things all clear, she flew off. Earlier in the morning there was a light drizzle, but the weather seemed like it was clearing. Back in her room, she took off her damp clothes, grabbed a black towel and wrapped it around her body. Before stepping into the bathroom, she picked up her phone:

I'll be over in half an hour xx

She sent the text to Jennie then headed to shower. After cleaning herself up, she spent some moments allowing the water to ease out the stress in her muscles. The entire bathroom was fogged. The imprints of her fingers on the white tiled walls faced her as she stared blankly. Her thoughts were running round her conversation with Jaehyun. Going through the list of people she may have to inform, made her realise it was longer than she'd like. Perhaps that reflected a good thing. But where should she start? With Jennie.

The internal response was instant. Jennie comes first. She heard a round of laughter above her. The fam must be setting up dinner right now. She'd need to join them one of these nights before Jim would start asking questions, she didn't want him to. Turning off the tap, she stepped out and dried herself. Once she finished moisturising, she hurriedly snapped on some clothing and snatched her keys. Locking the door behind her she made her way to Jennies.

Bubbles sizzled high, the black liquid filling the glass. Placing the Coco Cola can aside, she reached for a large slice of pepperoni pizza. Lisa, flicked through the pages while Sorn continued to chew down on her food. Thankfully, they were able to book a two-bedroom apartment on their way to Richards's place. The rooms were small, but the living room area was spacious. Currently, it resembled a blown-up file cabinet. Papers sprawled across the floor with the pictures they were given and laptops nearby. Prior to the arrival of the food, the table had taken up as their shared workspace.

'How were you able to get this?' asked Lisa

Sorn took a moment to swallow and take a sip of her cooldrink, 'There are people at the registry department who don't mind making extra cash on the side,' Lisa understood then glanced over to the image of Jongin in his military attire.
