I bite my tongue as I walk down the street to the pizza place. Nobody. I mean NOBODY has seen my face yet.
What if Sapnap thinks I'm ugly? What if he doesn't think I look like how I sound?
This is exactly why I'm not doing a face reveal any time soon. I just stress too much. I also like the idea of being able to go outside without being recognized.
I get to the pizza place. I take a deep breath and open the door. I glance around and make eye contact with Sapnap. I smile. Lucky me.
I start walking over. It registers that I probably look like a stranger or a fan going to greet him. Hopefully he knows that it's me. Maybe we just have that connection or something. (friend connection.. He is not a love interest lol).
He seems stunned as I walk up. He must think I'm a fan or something, or what if it's not him? No I googled him first to double check that I knew what he looked like.
"Sapnap?" I ask. Not so sure I have the right guy now.
HIs jaw drops open a little bit. "Storm?"
I smile. "Hi,"
I sit down across from him. "So how are you liking Florida?" I ask.
"It's... it's great. The weather is great." He says, still in disbelief I guess.
"Yeah that's a plus to the South. How's my not-so-favorite green person in the world?" I ask him.
"Who? Dream?" He asks me.
Duh. "Yeah, unless you're staying with another green guy, then yes." I say sarcastically.
"Oh yeah, he's great. He just had to work on some merch stuff, so I figured I'd get out of his way today." He glances at the menu.
"I hope you didn't have to travel too far to get here." I already know what I want, but I open the menu, so he doesn't feel rushed.
"Not at all," he laughs a little to himself.
"That's good. It's not far from my house, so I come here a lot. It's really good. The margherita is the best. "
He shuts his menu. "Perfect. Then that's what we're getting."
The waitress comes up to our table. "Hi, how may I take your order?" she asks.
"Can we get a medium margherita pizza?" he orders for us, "And I'll take a Dr. Pepper." He gives me a nod when it's my turn.
"Just a water." I smile a little.
She nods once. "Coming right up."
"So what have you and Dreamy poo been up to?" I ask.
"Well, we're actually looking at some houses and apartments to buy. I think I might be moving here in a few months," he says.
"Wait, actually?" I ask.
"That's the plan. We haven't found anything we like yet, so I might end up moving into his apartment until we find something."
I smile as the waitress gives us our drinks before replying. "We'll live so close to each other!"
He smiles. "Practically neighbors."
