Erica Swan finally had family
After years of searching, she had finally found her family along with her twin sister Emma but...

EVER HAD THE feeling that something was going to go horribly wrong? Erica had that feeling, the sinking, nagging feeling that just wouldn't go away. Calypso had backed them into the corner and they all knew it, but that didn't mean they liked it, they were pirates. They didn't do well being backed into corners
"I don't like this. Something is going to happen, I can feel it" Erica voiced her concerns to her girlfriend, maybe a few hours later. She had squirrelled herself away in the captain's quarters after Calypso had told them the plan, feeling sick to her stomach but unable to throw anything up
She didn't like how they were all puppets bowing to Calypso's commands
And it was all because of her
How many more things was she going to fuck up because of the darkness in her heart? How many more families were going to be torn apart because she couldn't control the itch under her skin and most importantly how many people were going to put their lives on the line because they thought that Erica deserved it?
She felt it back in Neverland, and here the feeling was again...The allure of darkness and how tempting it was, and how if she wasn't careful it was going to swallow her whole. Her heart, mind, soul...All of it and she would be nothing but another helpless victim that couldn't escape its clutches.
"Get your mind off of whatever bad thoughts you're thinking right now!" Jaclyn says while shaking Erica's shoulders roughly, snapping her out of her thoughts. She looked up at Jaclyn and suddenly everything stopped, time, every bad thought she had ever had because it was all gone when she looked at Jaclyn
She was safe with Jaclyn, she was always safe with Jaclyn
"Baby" She grinned up at her reaching her arms out towards Jaclyn as if she wanted to be picked up, she didn't know when she became so childish -- it was just something that Jaclyn brought out of her and Jaclyn seemed to enjoy it if the smile growing on her features was anything to go by
"What darling?"
"Pay attention to me"
"Needy one today aren't we? Kissing me when you know everyone was watching and now you want me all to yourself...Who would have that the great independent Erica Swan would be begging for attention"
Jaclyn crouched, hands placed on the bed so she was eye-level with Erica. A smirk cut through her face like diamonds, as she leant forward and rested her forehead against Erica's, breath fanning Erica's cheeks
"And who would have the thought the legendary Jaclyn Sparrow would be so willing to give it?" Erica teased with a raised eyebrow, there was truth behind her words though. She didn't know what it was going to be like, but Jaclyn always seemed to surprise her and turn around her expectations
