~Chapter~ Pt. 1

(Stella's POV)

"Let's go get you some food baby" I say picking Mason up. But before I could make him anything my phone started ringing. "Again?, who's calling me" I say and put Mason down in his playpen.

*incoming call from unknown number*

(S- Stella & U- Unknown)

S- hello? who's this.

U- hi ma'am, is this Stella Adams?

S- yeah this is her.

U- we're calling you from the hospital on **** rd, you were Colby Brocks emergency contact? If I'm correct.

S- oh I'm not his gi-

U- he was in a really bad car accident I think you should come see him. I'm not sure he's gonna make it, I'm so sorry.

*end of conversation*

"Fuck" I mumble under my breath. I quickly wipe away my tears before Mason sees. I never want him to see me cry or hurt.

"Come on baby let's get you ready" I say and bring him to his room to get changed. I really hope he's okay. I don't want him seeing Colby the way he is right now so I'm going to take him to Katrina's place.

(Timeskip) ~At the hospital~

I don't know why I'm so worried about him. I mean he cheated on me after all.

"Oh my god" I say with tears in my eyes. He was connected to a bunch of wires. He looked awful. Cuts, bruises. He even has a neck brace on. "What happened" I ask the doctor.

"So I don't have much information but I know he was hit by a drunk driver in a pickup truck. They airlifted him here and that's about all I know for now" she says and then adds. "He's in a deep coma, I'm not sure he's gonna wake up"

"I'm sorry this happened Colby.." I say grabbing his hand.
