Heesung eyes your bruised wrist for what seems like the thousandth time today. He successfully kept his mouth shut for the past hours but he can't quite do that at the moment. The more he stares at it, the more he's getting curious. Without thinking, his mouth opened.

"What happened to your wrist?" He asked you.

Your lips set on a straight line and stopped reading. "Your highness, please continue reading," you answered him curtly.

His lips pouts a little and sighs. "I was just curious," he said in a pouty tone.

You look up at him from your book and studied him for a second. His eyes his now fixated on the book infront of him.

"Prince Jungkook pushed me off the balcony," you answered his pouting highness.

Heesung's head snaps up to meet your eyes. Confusion evident in his eyes.

"Why would he do thay?" He asked in an accussing tone but you brushed it off.

"Go ask him if you really want to know. I too was very confused," you said truthfully.

"I thought you just had an accident. I'm sorry for asking," he apologized.

Well, maybe he's not that bad at all. You smile at him leaving him in a shocked state. Your single dimple showing, eyes genuine and understanding. For a moment there, he can't breath. He realizes that and gasps for air making him cough horribly infront of you.

"Are you alright your highness?" You ask him while pouring him a glass of water.

You hand it to him and he quickly helped himself. He finished the whole glass in one gulp and looks so exhausted from his coughing.

"I'm alright," he answered you once he got settled down.

His face is red and sweaty. He feels so embarrassed to even let you witness that  ugly coughing.

"You want me to call the doctor?" You ask him.

Although he seemed fine, you don't want the prince getting sick.

"No, I'll be fine," he answered you.

You nod in agreement and went back to your chair wondering what made him cough like that.

"I wanna apologize in behalf of my brother. I'm pretty sure he didn't apologize to you after what happened," he told you.

"You don't have to apologize your highness. His fault is not yours," you nod at him.

In a long time, Heesung wanted so bad to hear those words. That his brothers' faults are not his and should not apologize in behalf of them. He's been through such lengths that he thought it was normal.

"It is though, I am still a part of the royal family," he reasons.

You shake your head gently. "Whatever he did is not up to you nor will be your fault. It's nice that you do that for him but at the end of the day, it's still him who needs to do the proper apology," you reassure him.

Heesung was stunned at your words. It was quite rather comforting and reassuring. Nothing he has ever heard before. All he knew was what his brothers' fault is his also.

"Thank you, for saying that," he hangs his head in bashfulness.

"I know deep down you're a good person. Now stop moping, we need to finish this lesson," you encouraged him.

He smiles at you and nods in agreement. Although your words were simple, it was grand to the young royal. Who knew he needed those encouraging words? Most especially, coming from who whom he had known for only two days.

"You called for me your majesty?" Jungkook bows, greeting his older brother.

"You don't have to be so formal general, it's just the both of us," Taehyung nods at him.

"Yes your majesty, I mean Taehyung," he corrects himself.

"Sit down," he motions Jungkook to have a seat in one of his couches in the king's office.

"So, what do think of her?" Taehyung asks him.

"Who?" Jungkook asks.

"Lady Y/n, the one you nearly killed last night," the corner of his lips lifting in a small smile at the mention of your name.

Jungkook slumps down even more on the couch and rests his whole weight in it. He looks up the ceiling and shrugs.

"I don't know, she still seems off to me," Jungkook answers truthfully.

"Come on now, everybody is suspicious to you," the king jokes.

"I'm here tl protect you not welcome your guests," he points at him.

Taehyung chuckles at Jungkook's words.

"Easy, I plan on taking her as my queen," Taehyung answers truthfully.

Jungkook's head snaps up in anger. "You what?!" He exclaimed. "You've only known her for two days! Two fucking days! And now you want her ro be the queen of The South?!" Jungkook booms in disbelief.

"Tone it down Jungkook. I didn't say it's final, I said only I plan to," Taehyung shushed him.

"What if she's a spy from the neighboring kingdoms or worse an assassin?" Jungkook asks him in fury.

"Calm down, that's why you're here. Watch her every move, her whereabouts, and then report to me,"

"I'm a general here Taehyung, not a spy," Jungkook glares at Taehyung.

"So you're sating you can't do it?" Taehyung challenges him.

Jungkook groans. "It's not that I can't—" he was cut short.

"Then it's settled, you report to me every Fridays,"

"But I—"

Taehyung lifts his hand again like last night to shush Jungkook. All he could do was groan and complain but still comply.

Jungkook scratches the back of his head in disbelief when he exited the king's office. What a place he's been out into. What has been the king thinking?

"Queen my ass," he murmurs to himself and turns right to the kitchen where he was suppose to meet Heesung but instead, he sees him help chop the vegetebles with the chef.

He approaches the two and sits on one of the high stools where Shihyuk usually sits, grabs a slice of the carrot and plops it in his mouth.

"I didn't know you were into cooking," he comments earning a chuckle from Shihyuk.

Heesung looks up at him and raises his brow. He didn't answer nonethless and continues what he was doing.

"I know, he said he would help in preparing dinner for—" he was cut off when Heesung elbowed him.

"My dinner?" Jungkook teased confidently, thinking that it is indeed for him.

"No," Heesung shakes his head with a small smile. "It's for my teacher," he added.

Jungkook's brow raised and he folds his arm over his chest. With piqued interest, he tilts his head to the side.

"Why?" He asked.

"Just because," the youngest prince shrugged.

She really is trying to win everyone's sympathy.

Jungkook commented in his mind and never spoke until the food was ready.
