Sidharth turned behind and saw the person whom he wished to never see again.
"Sonia, tum?"
"Kyu nahi aa sakti? Kitne dino baad tumhe dekh rahi hoon. How are you?" Sonia said with a fake smile.
Sidharth maintained a poker face and said, "Main kaisa bhi rahu, tumhe uss se kya? Tum toh khush ho na. I hope ab tumhare life mein koi regret nahi hai."
"Sahi kaha tumne. I'm happy. Maine bohut saare projects bhi sign kiye hai. What about you? News mein suna ki tum koi newcomer se concert karwa rahe ho."
"Haan. Tum bhi aana. Woh kaafi accha gaati hai."
"Mujhse bhi accha?" Sonia asked.
"Bohut accha. Lekin usse iss baat ka zara bhi ghamand nahi hai. Actually singing ke saath saath uska dil bhi bohut accha hai." Sidharth said.
Sonia rolled her eyes and said, "Mujhe na tum par taras aata hai. Kitne acche se woh ladki tumhe use kar rahi hai. Ekbaar famous ho jaye phir tumko pehchanegi bhi nahi. Isliye keh rahi hoon apne career ke baare mein socho jo pura doob chuka hai."
Sidharth started laughing which made Sonia confused. "Thanks for the suggestion but tumhe meri itni fikar kabse hone lagi? Mujhe abhi jaana hai isliye apni bakwaas apne paas rakho."
Sidharth was about to go but suddenly Sonia said, "Thodi der ruk jaao. Itne dino baad mile hai... I was really missing you..."
Sidharth didn't answer and left.

The day of concert...
Shehnaaz and Sidharth were standing at the backstage. Shehnaaz was hell tensed. Sidharth looked at her and said, "Itna tension karne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Sab accha hi hoga. Chill."
Shehnaaz nodded looking at him.
After sometime the host announced Shehnaaz's name. Suddenly Shehnaaz said, "Sidharth main nahi kar sakti."
"Nahi kar sakti matlab? Kyu nahi kar sakti?" Sidharth asked.
"Sorry but mujhse nahi hoga."
"Tumhara dimaag kharab hogaya hai?" Sidharth suddenly shouted but the next moment he calmed down himself and said, "What happened Shehnaaz? Tumne itni practice ki hai. Tum kitni excited thi iss concert ke liye. Ab aise kaise keh sakti ho?"
"Mujhe ajeeb sa darr lag raha hai. Itne saare audiences ke samne main kaise... I can't..."
Shehnaaz started panicking. Sidharth hold her hands for which she felt relaxed.
"Bhul jao yaaha audience hai. Close your eyes and remember the closest persons of your life. Then start your performance. Come on Shehnaaz, you can do it." Sidharth said.
Shehnaaz nodded and smiled. Then she went to the stage. Everyone started clapping for her. She took the mic and said, "Good evening everyone. Main zyada kuch nahi kahungi. Yeh mera first concert hai. I hope aap sab ko accha lage."
Before starting her performance, Shehnaaz closed her eyes. She saw her parents, her friends, Rohit. But the next moment she saw someone very unexpected. She saw Sidharth. She suddenly opened her eyes and looked at Sidharth who was standing at the backstage. She took a deep breath and started her performance.
