-The first task
November 28, 1994 the day of the first task. It started off as a normally cold day at Hogwarts with the cool morning breeze and grass covered court yard, well at least as normal as it gets for Azalea Evens.
Her day started out the way it always did. Waking a up at 6:00 in the morning and dragging Rowen along with her, but not without a lot of complaining and groaning from her, after she was done showering and getting dressed, even though she was still half asleep.
"Rowen get up, we're going to be late for breakfast!" The Evens girl groaned, pulling the Adam's girl along with her towards the bathroom.
Baskets filled with clothes and dirty towels, color labled tooth brushes sitting in a cup on the counter, shampoo bottles and lotions sitting on the counter and edge of the bathtub.
Once she was able to wake up the sleepy girl she started the shower for her before pushing her into the bathroom to wash herself and get ready for the day.
The two then ascended down the stairs that led to the warm, Gryffindor common room. The walls decorated in red and gold, a fire place resting against one of the four walls of the room, burgundy couches, recliners, and moving portraits scattered along the walls.
The two boys waited half awake leaning against each other. Their ties not even tied and shirts half-way tucked in, Aries' hair didn't even looked brushed, but they wanted breakfast so it was worth it.
"Finally!" Aries exclaimed, jumping up from the couch almost tripping over his untied shoes. Joshua's head -- which was on the Aries shoulder -- landed on the couch where Aries once sat. "You two were taking forever!"
"Oh hush, it took me 20 minutes just to wake you up." Azalea said crossing her arms at the boy.
"Whatever, can we go now? I'm starving." The boy didn't even wait for their response and walked out of the common room leaving his three friends behind.
The four soon made their way towards the great hall, Aries brushing down his brunete hair and Joshua fixing his red and gold Gryffindor tie, the two girls walking ahead of them.
The three Gryffindors complained about waking up so early, missing the warmth and comfort of their beds, which was soon forgotten about once they reach the great hall, the long tables filled with different assortments of food, ranging from toast, cereals, waffles, etc.
Sitting down in their spot, which they've sat in since their second year ─ also known as the year Harry started chasing after Azalea ─ speak of the devil.
