Sean felt bad for what he did. He ran after Amy, but he was too late, as he couldn't find her anywhere outside the nightclub. He took out his phone from his back pocket and quickly dialed Amy's number to apologize for his actions. Her phone kept ringing and ringing, but she wasn't answering.

"Shit!" Sean cursed, rushing towards his car. He didn't want to give up hope, so he continued calling Amy, praying she'd eventually pick up.

He had messed up. He had messed up big time. Now he has lost whatever chances he had of making Amy his.

While driving, Sean's side eye caught a glimpse of something that looks like Amy's purse on the passengers seat. He turned to look at the seat properly and indeed Amy's purse was there. That means her phone was here all along. To confirm his suspicion, he parked his car at the side of the road and opened the purse.

Where could she have gone to without her phone? He wondered, starting the car again and heading to her dad's place.

"Sean, why are you alone? I thought Amy was with you?" Henry was surprised to see Sean at his doorstep alone, without his daughter by his side.

"I -uh - I was wondering if she's here" Sean stuttered, nervously scratching the back of his neck.

"What do you mean? Did something happen?"

"We kinda had a little misunderstanding"

"How could you let her leave by herself? Do you know what time it is?" Henry angrily asked.

What sort of misunderstanding could've caused his daughter to want to be alone at this hour of the night?

"I'm sorry. She left the club before I could even-"

"You took my daughter to a nightclub?!"

"I- I-"

"She isn't into those kinds of things, Sean! What were you thinking?!" Henry was upset.

Why would Sean take his daughter to a nightclub? He obviously needs to work on knowing Amy better.

"I'm so sorry. I only wanted to help her get her mind off things" Sean explained.

"And you didn't bother to call her after she left, to know where she was?"

"That's the problem... I realized not too long ago, after trying to reach her several times that she forgot her phone in my car"

Henry wasted no time in reaching for the house phone. He decided to call the one place besides his or Bryan's, which was close by, and he was sure Amy would go to if something happens.

Mandy was sound asleep when the sound of her ringtone woke her up. She grudgingly answered the call, putting it on loud speaker, as she didn't want to be fully awake while receiving the call.

"Hello, Mandy. Sorry to disturb you at this hour, it's Henry"

At the mention of Amy's father's name, Mandy sat up straight on her bed, her sleep completely gone.

Why is her best friend's dad calling her by this time? Did something happen to Amy? Or has she ran away from home in refusal to get married to Sean?

"H -hi" she managed to reply, after controlling her rapid heart beat.

"I know I must've woken you up, I'm sorry but I had to. It's important"

"Okay. Is it about Amy?" Mandy asked, just to make sure.

"Yeah... Is she there with you?"

'Amy, why now? What have you done? How do I respond to your dad's question?'

"Uh. She told me she was spending the entire day with Sean" she carefully chose her words, because at this point she had no idea what was going on.

"That's true, but they had a small argument so she angrily left without her phone. I just want to know if she's at your place before I call the cops"

Mandy felt sad for Amy's dad. He sounded really worried. From all he just said, she has no doubt that her best friend is with Bryan.

Why did you have to be so rash, Amy? This could get you in trouble.

What is she supposed to say? How is she to go about this when Amy isn't with her phone?

Mandy had no idea she had zoned out until Henry's concerned voice interrupted her thoughts.

"Are you still there?" He asked.

"Y- yes. Oh, wait. There's someone at the door" Mandy lied, pretending to answer a knock on her door. She had to think of something really fast.

"Mr Norman, it's Amy. She just got here... Should I tell her you're on the phone?"

"Yes, please. I'd like to speak to her" Henry anxiously replied.

"Give me a minute" Mandy put the call on hold and took a deep breath, counting from one to ten before putting the call through again.

"I'm sorry Mr Norman, but Amy doesn't want to speak to anyone right now. She looks tired"

"Alright. Just tell her that Sean is sorry for what he did, and I want her back home tomorrow"

"I'll make sure to relay your message. Goodnight, Mr Norman" Mandy replied.

"Thanks, Mandy. Goodnight" the line went dead after that.

Mandy slumped on her bed, letting out a heavy sigh. She's glad it's all over for now.

'You owe me big time, Amy. You owe me big time.'

Bryan called his best friend the next day, that they needed to talk. After thinking things through the previous night, he came to the conclusion that it was time he told Henry the whole truth.

Bryan chose for them to meet at a restaurant close to Henry's company, so that if anything goes wrong, which was bound to happen, Henry would try to control his rage, in order not to attract attention, since it was a public place. He only prays that things turn out that way.

"What is it you want to talk about?" Henry asked his best friend, after they had ordered their drinks.

"It's about the man in Amy's life" Bryan replied, mentally preparing himself.

"Look, Bryan. I know you care about Amy, I do. But you have to realize that I'm her father and I know what's best for my daughter"

"You need to listen to what I have to say first-"

"I don't care what you have to say, Bryan... Sean is your son. You should be on his side and not some stranger we know completely nothing about"

Henry wasn't happy that his best friend was taking sides with a total stranger. He sometimes hates it when Bryan always takes Amy's side. He always feels the need to make her happy even when he's at a disadvantage.

"This is what Sean wants and so did his mother. I'd rather Amy be with your son than a guy who isn't man enough to show himself"

"Henry, I'm the-"

"My decision is final on this issue... I'm already making plans for their engagement party. So, go tell Amy that she has to break up with that boyfriend of hers because she's getting married to Sean whether she likes it or not. I'm certain she asked you to speak on her behalf" Henry concluded, not giving Bryan the chance to speak at all.
