CHAPTER 8; LIKE

We arrived at La Yeon Restaurant after a fifteen minute drive. We're now sitting at the second floor at corner part of the resto which you can see the buildings outside.

"What do you want to eat baby?" I ask and passed her the menu. The waiter is standing next her, i look at the man and he move a little farther. good

"hmf, A Rice with cod, seard korean beef rolls, and a korean hot pot for the both of us i think? and mandu please" she look up to me and smile, i nod my head and smile back

"Double her order except the hot pot, and a glass of champagne will do, give us the best" i said and hand him the menu

"I'll be right back in a minute" He bow and left

i get my phone inside my pocket to check if i have emails. and i have none which is good. i notice the time and it's already passed 12.

"Are you hungry already?" i asked her when i noticed she's tapping her stomach continuously

"Unfortunately, yes. But it's okay" She smile at me trying to reassure me. I stand up and she flinch a little "where are you going?" she ask and i mouthed her 'wait" and i walk towards the counter on the first floor

"Hey you" i called the Boy when i spotted him holding some orders

"Y-Yes Ms. Manoban?" He stutter

"I will wait for two minutes and if our order is not serve yet i advise you to talk to the owner and tell him that i will shut this resto down" i said with my monotone voice, the boy bow continuously before running to the kitchen forgetting to serve the order he's holding

I shake my head and walk back to our table

"Hey where have you been?" Jennie ask cutely

"toilet baby, I'm sorry" i said and kiss her forehead before sitting down

i look at my watch and it's been a minute, I'm about to stand up again but i saw the waiter earlier walking towards our table holding our orders. I noticed a man behind him walking towards us too, maybe he's the owner or the chef. idk&idc

"I'm sorry for taking so long CEO, i promise it won't happen again. Please accept our apology by letting you eat whatever you want for free" he said and i got a little offended. do i look like a don't have the money to pay?

"You can go. I have my money.." i said but he keep on insisting "..LEAVE" i said with authoritative tone and he bow before leaving

"they didn't take too long to serve tho" jennie mumble silently, cute

"Any problem baby?" i ask and open the champagne and pour little amount on our glass

"Did you threaten them Lisa?" she ask all of a sudden raising her brows

"no-uh, I didn't.." i shake my head vigorously and act innocent. ".. hehi, Let's eat love" i said and she nodded before attacking her food

We already finished lunch so i have to bring her to the university. We talk about her morning and mine. we also talk about last night, when i mention about the kiss she became red all of a sudden so i keep on teasing her for kissing me first. but i regret it because she's now mad at me

"Hey stop ignoring me" i said and poke her cheeks using my free hand, my other hand is holding the steering wheel.

"hmff" she just make a cute sound and turn her back at me so i let out a chuckle because of her cuteness

"okay sorry, I won't tease you no more" i said and glance at her

"you said that too earlier but you didn't stop!" she said with a high pitch voice. uh-oh
