They were thinking, when Keerti said

Kartik remembers their last moment, and his eyes welled up, it was the last time they felt each other, the last time they were together, last time they were close to each other, that time a fear was in his heart and as well her heart, but they didn't knew that their fear will come true, they will get apart. Kirti shacked Kartik and he came out of his senses.
Kirti: Kartik jaanti wo sab yaad karna it's painful but please

Kartik: (taking a deep breath) In sabse pehle, Naira mere paas aai thi and she was scared, wo dari hui thi ghabrayi hui, and mujhe chod nahi rahi thi like Abhi mein use dur ho jaun ga, aisa lag raha tha ki Naira ki mujhse dur nahi jaana, wo bohut zyada scared and that was the last time we were together
A tears rolled down Kartik cheeks, and kirti and Swarna hugged him.
Kirti: iska Naira ko tujhse dur nahi Jaana tha, to tu khud soch na Kartik, agar Naira Dari hui thi, to woh, wo sab kyu karegi no I mean wo sab planned hota na to Naira dari hui bhai hoti woh ghabrati nahi ki kahi tu usse dur na ho jae, to woh keise woh sab karegi
Swarna: par aisa kya hua tha ki Naira itni dari hui thi

Kirti: kya wajah ho sakti hai ki Naira itni dari hui thi
They started thinking the reason, when it clicked the mind of three
All three: phone call
Kirti: yes ek phone call ho sakta hai, maybe someone blackmailed her
Swarna nodded and looked at Kartik who was lost
Swarna: Kartik bacha kya soch raha hai
Kartik: kuch nahi maa
Swarna looked at him and thought to talk later,
Kirti: Kartik tera wo dost hai na Rohit, jo ek aisi hu company mein kaam karta ask him
He nodded and called him
On call

And they hung up the call, Kartik just hoped that whatever he's thinking is wrong, nothing wrong happened and she's ok.

Ranveer dragged Naira and throw her to the floor, and closed the door, he went towards her and held her hair tightly

Kartik was thinking, when it something strikes in his mind, the Diwali party, Ranveer words, "meine tumhe barbaad kiya, to meine tumhe barbaad mar diya", since that day these words were disturbing a lot, he didn't understood the meaning behind those words, but it seems that he was understanding it now, what if, no no no no, he fears the worst, what if Ranveer had to do something with these. What if Ranveer blackmailed Naira. And what if he did something to Naira.
