~Chapter 6~

Beckham POV:

After learning about Alec and Janes's lives, human and vampire, we started talking about the situation at hand. "What do you both think about all of this? The idea of mates is not new but maybe sharing a mate is" I asked the two vampires at my sides. "We were told this it was a possibility that we would share a mate so we were already prepared that this might happen. I think I speak for both of us when I say we are looking forward to the fact that we finally get our mate after waiting for so long. We have been looking for out mate or mates for over 300 years so I would say we are really happy. The real question on our end is are you okay with having two mates let alone twin mates forever stuck at 17 years old " Alec said then I looked at Jane to see if she felt the same way only to see her nodding her head before laying her head back on my chest. "I like the idea of mates. Being with one or in our case two mates forever seems like a good thing. It makes it so no one is wasting their time witht he wrong people like most humans do. Plus im bi so I dont have a problem with being with a guy or girl" I said with my head layed back on the top of the couch with my eyes closed in content.

I opened my eyes to realize I fell asleep. Looking down I also realized the twins stayed by my side the whole time reading. "How long was I out?" I asked. "Only a hour, the kings wanted to see us when you woke up" Jane says then kissed me on the cheek as she got up. Jane went to in front of the mirror to fix her hair while Alec and I stood up to fix our clothes. "Let's go, the kings are waiting" Alec says holding the door open for Jane and I.

Walking down thw hallway towards what the twins told me is the kings' library. Getting to the door of the library 10 minutes later Jane knocks. "Come in" one of the kings said. Jane and Alec opened the the big wooden double doors and walked in with the doors closing behind us. "Hello young ones" Aro says. "Hello sir" I said as I take a seat that he motioned the twins and I to sit in. "It seems like the bond between the three of you is stronger than earlier. I take that as a good sign" Marcus says with what I could swear was a slight smile. "Yes we are getting closer and have no serious problems. Only had a small hiccup when we had a misunderstanding about part of my job but it was automatically explained" I teel the kings to which they all looked happywith the information I gave. "That is good. If I may ask what was the misunderstanding that took place?" Caius wanted to know. "Alec and I thought do to his job he would have to be gone and away from us for long periods of time" Jane stated " But Beckham explained how he is a top guy so he only has to go to big events and press conferences and can still still do his daily workouts anywhere with a proper gym" Alec finished Jane's sentence since Jane started to chock up at the thought of me being gone a lot so I reached over to grab her hand and shot her a small smile. "How often would you be traveling Beckham?" Aro asked with all the kings once again focused on me. "Not often like I told the twins I can do everyday training at a gym around here. When I have to train for fights I can either have to pay for my team to stay near here or have to stay in California for 8-10 weeks. Then press conferences and weigh ins.  After that is the actual fight and another press conference after the event then I usual take a break to rehab my body, which is why I was in Forks, before going again if I can" I say with a smile because I love talking about my job. My smile falls off my face instantly when I look over to see the twins only to see them upset. I don't like the looks on their faces so I continued saying "it sounds like a lot when I have to explain it all out but I swear its not as much as it seems" saying that seems to make them a little better but still upset. "What are your work plans? When is the next time you have to travel? You didn't tell us" Jane asked realizing she didn't know how long we had till I had to leave. " A little under 2 weeks. During the next 2 weeks I just have to keep doing everyday training to stay in shape. When I leave here I have a meeting with the owned Dana White to talk about my next fight because as of right now I don't know who or when I am fight next. Depending on what he says I either get to come back or workout where my team and I need to be to start getting ready if they already have an opponent for me" I say looking into her eyes while I spoke and I finished looking at Alec exspecting them to be a little upset. I was right when it looked like they might start crying. It was worse than I thought though when next thing I know I have two vampires on my lap dry sobbing into my shirt. I look over at the kings confused at why they were taking this so bad hoping they would explain what was going on. It seems like they understood what I was thinking when they started taking only a few second later. "As mates who have resently been united your bond is still new and fragile so even though it will be easier to be seperate in 2 weeks when you need to go it is extremely difficult to even think about right now. You might not feel the pain of the mate bond when seperated  as a human but instead feel depressed and small chest pains. Vampires on the other hand feel the worst pain possible when the new bond in strained" Marcus says giving me more information about this whole new it seems life that I know nothing about. "Also talking about pain, injuries and seeing you hurt will make them more than happy to go on a killing spree. So for everyone's sake in your injuries from your last fight are gone" Caius stated. As soon as the word 'injuries'  came out of his mouth Alec and Jane whimpered and started to check me over to make sure I was okay and even tried to take off my clothes. "Hey. Hey!" I say getting their attention and grab both of their chins to gently to make them look me in the eyes. " I am okay. I am not hurt. Everything is good. Nobody hurt me" I told them and had to keep repeating it till the calmed down and layed back on my chest. "Wow. I never thought the witch twins would be submissives " Caius says looking at the situation I am in. "Submissives?" I ask I've heard of the concept of submissives before but haven't experienced submissive behavior first hand. "Yes, submissives. In vampire relationships there is a natural submissive and dominate. Well in your case two submissives" Marcus tells me as the twins slowly start calming down. I sit there in shock for a few minutes just processing everything that has happened in the last 48 hours. "Do you not want us anymore?" Jane asked almost starting sob again. "Of course I still want you both. Dont think I want to leave please. I am just trying to absorb everything that has happened recently" I say then lean down to place a kiss on each of their heads. "That was very sweet but we still do need to iron out a few details before you can go back to your room" Aro said leaning back into his chair. I nodded as a way to tell him to continue. "To start are you going to stay here during the next 2 weeks and continued to take permanent residence here when you are not working? Also when would you prefer to be turned into one of us? Remember that when you are turned everyone will need to believe you are dead meaning no more seeing your family and no more professional fighting" Aro layed out his concern. After taking a moment to think of my answers I look at Aro "If its okay with you and my mates I would like to stay till I need to go back to Vegas. I have no problem with living here when I am not traveling. Alec, Jane, and I have not discussed my turning yet. I do know I don't want to wait to much longer, there is already a six year difference between us. On the other hand I am at the height of my career and can't stop now, so maybe in a year? 2 years tops? Please understand I do really care a lot for you both already but I can't just throw everything I've ever worked for away like its nothing" I say sounding unsure when talking about the time frame but turning to my mates at the end. All three kings looked at each other before looking at the three of us seated before them. "We will need to discuss the time frame in private so you three can go back to Beckham's room and we will tell you what we have decided tomorrow" Aro said. Alec, Jane, and I said goodbye to the kings and left. "That actually went better than expected" Alec said with a small smile on his adorable face.
