Third Person POV
"So when will you ask him?" Fleur asked Jada.
The legacy of wine and madness glared at the semi Veela. The fact that she was blushing ruined the affect, and the fire near here had also turned a deep pink as well, as if it was blushing along with Jada.
You see, the Yule Ball had just been announced and Jada, who was very shy when it came to romance, had yet to work up the courage to ask Asher to the Yule Ball.
It didn't help dozens of girls were always asking Asher every day since the Yule Ball.
And Jada couldn't blame them! The legacy of night was smart, kind, clever, handsome, and everything you could want in a boyfriend.
"He likes you, you know that right?" Fleur smirked.
"He doesn't act like it!" Jada shot back, grabbing her book and storming out of the carriage.
Little did she know, the boy she was just talking about with Fleur had overheard the last bits of the conversation.

Asher found Jada reading under a tree. The snow around her had melted, due to the heat she gave off.
"Hey." the son of thieves said, and the greek fire green eyes he had fallen in love with looked up from the pages of the book.
"Hello." the legacy of the moon greeted shortly.
"So, the Yule Ball..." he trailed off awkwardly.
"Who is the lucky girl to go out with you that night?" Jada said sarcastically.
You. he thought.
"I haven't asked anyone out yet." he shrugged, sitting next to her and pressed closer, shivering in the cold.
"Really? I'm trying to read." the red streaked black haired girl glared. "And any girl would love to go with you."
"And I'm freezing. You're a living heater." Asher said. "Besides, there's one girl I want to ask."
"Who?" the child of fire said, trying to keep the jealousy off her face.
"The Flamel Heiress." Asher said quietly.
Jada slammed her book shut. "Asher-"
"Jada, will you go to the ball with me?" Asher asked shyly.
Jada responded by doing the boldest thing she could do when it came to the love department. Kissed him right on the lips.
"I'll take that as a yes." Asher smirked down at her. He was already taller than her.
"You better make it a good night." The legacy of magic said sarcastically.
