"I can't wait to go on all the rides."
"I can't wait to win stuff."
First said Kiren followed by Kai. They are excitedly chatting away about our trip to six flags. The two climb in the back of my truck. Without any help from me or Eureka. I can clearly remember the last time, I had to lift both of them into their seats. They were six then. Not tall enough for some of the scary rides.
Kiren an Kai begged and pleaded with me and Eureka to let them go on the big kid rides. There exact words. Today though both boys have grown in height since then. They're ten and close to being taller than their mom. Kiren and Kai inherited my height and seem like they'll be as tall as me by the time they're in high-school.
Eureka loves to joke she is surrounded by trees. Even our daughter Elena is really tall for her age. She's 4 and a half now. Elena Kailani Bychkov my little princess. She looks exactly like Eureka. Same shape of the eyes, nose, and lips.
The only difference is her amber eyes that match mine. Her hair is more light brown than Eureka and the boys even. But they're curls are very similar. Elena is our youngest and she knows she's special. Her older brothers spoil her rotten if we don't pay attention.
"Kai can I have some of your candy?"
"Of course Lena. Here you go."
Elena is seated between the two in her boster seat. Detka climbs in the truck before I realize. Even after all theses years I cherish whenever I pick her up to seat in the passenger seat. Eureka turns smiling at me that familiar smile that takes my breath away. She turns around facing our children.
"Are you guys ready for our trip."
"Yes." Says Kai.
"I'm ready." Then Kiren.
"Me too." Elena after.
"Okay loves let's go."
I start the vichcle pulling out our drive way. Away to six flags we go.

We sat at a table after coming through the ticket gate. I watch Eureka conversation with our children while staring at her like she's the only woman around. She's wearing bright red shorts, green cropped long sleeved shirt and Vans sneakers. Her usual head full of curls is up in a sleek ponytail with a top not on her head. Her hair is blow dried so it stretched out
Elena is wearing a cute purple two piece pants and shirt. While her brothers have on blue jeans and an anime print t-shirts. Kiren has on a My hero Academia one while Kai has on a hunter×hunter shirt. True to our promise Detka and I made sure our children grew up watching anime.
