That whole week following them, getting back from Paris, haunted her. Navy didn't know what to do anymore, nevertheless what to make out of it.

Olivia cheated, but so did Navy.

She kissed Draco in that elevator. She didn't stop him. She didn't stop herself. She let it happen, and that was everything she could think about while Asher rocked his hips to hers.

Lying underneath him, she closed her eyes, letting him take control of her. She moaned out, telling him she was close. She wasn't. Not once since that night in the elevator with Draco had she managed to finish.

She didn't feel like she deserved to. Pretending to come, she bit down his shoulder, begging him to come for her too. He did. Asher crashed above her, letting her legs slide off his shoulder until he rolled away.

He landed on his back beside her, panting hard. She didn't.

She just wanted to cry. Cry because of what she did. Cry because of what Draco had told her about Asher. Cry because of what Olivia forced her to do. Cry because she was lying. Cry because no matter what Draco told her in that elevator, he still said he cheated on her.

Navy wanted to sob out because she let her fiancé believe that she was his, that she loved him more than anything when she truly didn't.

''That was...'' Turning to his side, he dragged the covers over them both, ''I can't get enough of you, love.''

He kissed her. She didn't kiss him back. Her lips were numb. Numb, she was numb. She hated herself again.

He didn't even notice.

Dragging a hand through his hair, he laid down again. He hadn't noticed how she failed to speak for almost a week, how she didn't go to her office, to his apartment. All she did was stay home, locking herself in and gathering all the bravery she knew she'd need to do this.

Because she needed to, she couldn't keep lying to him, but at the same time, she didn't know if now was the time.

Asher had been stressed, more stressed than he usually was. He came home late, later than usual. He left early, even before she'd woken up. He said that his business took a hit, that someone had been spreading rumors that he didn't live up to what his name promised. He was spiraling, going crazy because he couldn't control it.

Navy didn't know if she could do this to him right now, if she could hurt him when he was already pressured and overworked.

She needed to. She couldn't keep living like this.

''Asher...'' She whispered, her eyes bored through the ceiling above them, her hands placed over her chest, ''I need to talk to you about something.''

He shifted in his position, changing until he was looking at her again, propped up on his elbow. He let the tips of his fingers run over her knuckles, ''What happened?''

She stayed quiet for a while, a few minutes, simply feeling his touch on hers. She cleared her throat, damning herself already, ''I have been lying to you.''

His hand tensed. It felt like a cold breeze dragged through the room. He sighed, his head dropped between his shoulders, ''What are you on about?''

''I have—'' She swallowed the sour lump in the back of her throat, ''I have been lying to you for quite a while.''

He let go of her. Her skin painfully cooled the second he did. She swallowed again, nearly choking on a sob, ''And I want you to listen to me for once. Don't interrupt me, don't walk out until I'm done, just listen.'' She turned so that her cheek brushed against the pillow, ''Can you do that?''
