Now it was night and Marcel had gotten a sitter for Xila, so now Zeara had no excuse not to meet Marcel
The girl began walking and stopped when she saw the name of the place Marcel had texted her
She stepped inside a bar and scanned the place for Marcel
She turned her head and saw him walking up with her with a big smile on his face
"You made it" He said smiling
Zeara nodded and smiled back. "Yeah I did, couldn't really stand you up when you got a sitter for my daughter."
The two walked through the crowd in bar and were now on the dance floor
When a certain song came on Zearas eyes lit up and she started and she dragged Marcel to dance with her
They separately moved to the sound of the music. It was a very upbeat song that was great for parties and bars
After an hour the two were tired and walked over to a table to sit down
Marcel looked at Zeara "Do you want me to get you a drink?"
Zeara shook her head. She forgot to tell this man she was 17, and she had no idea how old he was
"Uh no. I can't"
Marcel didn't want to intrude her privacy but he wanted to know why. He just stared at her implying for her to keep talking
Zeara quickly caught on "Oh um I'm underage. I realize I forgot to tell you my age. Im 17, so not allowed to drink." she nervously laughed
She literally had no clue how old this guy was, like he could be a weird pedophile vampire. The teen sat there and waited for Marcels reaction
While Zeara was waiting, Marcel was processing what she just said. 17? She's only two years older than Davina. He knew Zeara didn't know about Davina, but he was planning on having them meet. He also kinda liked this girl and wanted to get to know her more, but now that he learned her age there is no way he's going to get with her. In his eyes she was still a child. Maybe if she turned 18 but right now he couldn't bring himself to do anything with her
It's not really his fault though. It's not Zeara's fault either. Marcel just figured she was older because of the way she dressed, talked, acted, and the fact that she has a baby. And It just Slipped her mind, because she was just hanging out with the guy
