Please meet me outside at 6:00. I want to take you out to a place I found while driving around and spend some time with you. Make sure to dress warmly.

Smiling widely at the note I found some warm clothes and put them on. I noticed it had gone oddly quiet in the house but I ignored it. Suddenly I remembered I had forgotten to give Wilbur the second part of his gift. I shoved it in my pocket and continued waiting. Time ticked by slowly and with every second that went past I got more nervous. Spending some time alone with Wilbur would be nice. Maybe I could grow some balls and tell him how I feel.

It finally turned 6 and I walked downstairs. I saw Wilbur waiting at the door with a singular F/F (Favourite flower) in his hand. He handed me the flower and grinned.

"For you m'lady," he said in a posh tone.

I turned a light shade of pink and followed Wilbur out the door.

"Where are we going?" I asked once we got in the car.

"You'll see," Wilbur said in return.

I huffed and turned to look out my window.

"You look gorgeous," He remarked.

I turned to look at him.

"You're looking good too Wil" I complimented.

We drove for a while, listening to the soft hum of the music and having random conversations here and there.

Finally, we pulled onto a gravel road surrounded by trees. The car came to a stop and we both got out of the car.

"Follow me," Wil said.

We walked through a field and up a small hill. Once we got to the top of the hill there was a massive tree and a little picnic set out under the tree.

Wilbur sat on the blanket and I sat next to him.

"Is this a date?" I asked.

"It is if you want it to be" Wilbur replied.

"It's a date then" I smiled.

Wilbur smiled and brought out some chocolate chip muffins for us to share. I have to admit, it was adorable. He had even strung up some fairy lights so we weren't in the dark.

"This is amazing Wil how did you do it?" I asked.

"Well, when you went up to your room me and the boys came out here and set everything up" He explained.

"Thank you so much"

I started to get up when Wilbur stopped me.

"Where are you going?" He asked.

"I'm just going to walk around the hill and enjoy the view," I explained.

Wilbur got up and followed me. His fingers intertwined with mine and we admired the gorgeous view of the distant mountains and the surrounding forests. The snow covering everything made it so much more beautiful then it would have been without it. I remember the gift I had shoved in my pocket. I drew it out and handed it to Wilbur. It was the heart-shaped stone I found at the creek while camping.

"It's nothing much but it's cute and it has some nice memories to go along with it" I smiled.

Wil wrapped me in a tight hug and mumbled a thank you.

We decided to head back to the picnic area.

We arrived back at the tree and admired the view from the picnic area.

"Hey Y/N?" Wilbur asked sheepishly.

"What's up Wilbur?" I said still looking out over the forests.

"Look up," Wilbur said.

I turned my gaze to the branches above us and smiled. Hanging on one of the branches directly above us was mistletoe tied together with a red ribbon. I turned back to Wilbur who had turned a dark shade of red. He slowly started leaning closer. I felt his warm hand on my cheek and I felt heat rise to my face. Wilbur brought his face closer to mine and sealed the gap between us. I closed my eyes and leaned into the kiss, deepening it.

All the fanfictions and movies describe it as magical and it truly was. My heart was racing a million miles an hour and it felt like we were the only things that truly mattered.

Wilbur leaned out of the kiss and smiled nervously.

"Was that ok?" He asked.

"No," I said.

I saw his face drop.

"It was perfect," I said quickly.

His face lit up and he smiled brightly.

"I really fucking like you Y/N, like more than I probably should, if you don't feel the same way I understand but-"

I leaned in for another kiss to shut him up. I felt him tense a bit in surprise but he kissed back. He placed his hands on my waist pulling us closer together and I wrapped my arms around the back of his neck. I had wanted to do this for the longest time now, and it was finally happening.

I leaned out of the kiss and rested my forehead on his.

"If you didn't already somehow know, I like you too Wilbur"

I'm really sorry for the short chapter but with exams coming up I might not be uploading as much as usual due to a lot of pressure from my parents expecting me to do well so I will be studying a lot. I will try and upload as much as possible but it might only be once or twice a week instead of 2-3 times a week. Anyways I love you all so much and don't forget YOU ARE ALL VALID AS FUCK AND YOU ARE ALL FUCKING AMAZING. Also thank you so fucking much for 1k votes like wtf that was not expected. Remember to eat, drink, take your meds, and have a good night's sleep. <3
