"KJ get your bag we're gonna be late." Ximora said grabbing her phone and bag.

She huffed "Who made school? Why is it a thing?"

She rolled her eyes because this was a repeated morning routine with her.

"Ion know Kamari, but get your backpack please and put on your jacket it's cold"

Once she dropped her off to her bus stop, her friend Brooklyn's car pulled up.

She hurriedly moved, because of the cold, towards the car.

"Wassup girl" Ximora said as the car started moving.

"Hey, you got the homework answers? I FaceTimed you last night, but some white lady answered" Brooklyn told her.

She had to decide between paying her phone bill or buying groceries this month, so her number had been given away.

Ximora nodded "Yea I got the answers I'll show it to you in first period"

"You tryna come wimme to LaDaja kickback?" Brooklyn asked.

"Ion know, I gotta see if my mama will watch Mari." Ximora answered.

Brooklyn huffed "You know she not, she is not your kid tho you shouldn't have to ask her anyways"

Ximora nodded but stayed quiet, knowing Brooklyn was right.

School was calm for her as she quietly sat at the back of each class and took notes.

"Mora, you opened your booking up for this month? I need sum for next week" a girl said in 7th period.

Ximora smiled "Yea, I can do any day next week"

"Ouu then let's do Thursday for some medium knotless" the girl smiled Cashapping her a deposit.

Since Ximora was connected to Brooklyn's hotspot she was able to go into her stylist calendar and make the appointment.

Checking her Instagram DMs she got a little nervous about who texted her.

"Kamari sit down, I got someone coming to get their hair done" Ximora said as she opened the door.

"Hi, you can go sit over there" she smiled.

"Wassup" he nodded sitting in the chair.

Kamari mugged him and he mugged her back.

"Wassup lil bit?" He chuckled.

"My name Kamari not lil bit, but call me KJ" she told him.

"Oh my bad KJ, but my name Draco" he said.

"Why your mommy name you Draco?" KJ asked.

Ximora shook her head "I'm sorry, I don't know why she being rude."

"I'm always like this.." KJ said lowly while playing on her tablet.

Draco laughed and looked over at the TV.

"Old ass" he mumbled as A Different World played.

She rolled her eyes "You old too since you know what this is"

"Hell nah, my granny used to watch that" he told her.

"Mora, when you buying me some more Robux?" KJ asked.

Ximora rolled her eyes  "Not for a while, I just bought you some"

"How old are y'all?" Draco asked as Ximora started working on another section.

"I'm 18, she's 7" Ximora told him.

He nodded "You her mom?"

KJ scrunched up her face "Why you in our business?"

"KJ you bout to go in the room" Ximora warned "But no, she's my sister"

He chuckled "Yea y'all twins"

After a while, she finished with his hair and took pictures then he got up.

"Thank you" he said as he put $250 in her hand and started to leave.

"It's only $65" she said trying to give some back.

He shook his head "The rest is a tip, and you can get her some Robux too"

KJ cheesed in the corner whereas Ximora still tried to give the money back.

"What I say Ximora?" He glared at her.

She sighed and put the money away. He chuckled and walked over to KJ.

"Imma see you" she nodded and dapped him up.
