"Heyy Lula." I smiled. Lula was currently on a baecation with Jamari. They been gone for like 2 weeks now and I miss my sis.
"Hii Mena." She smiled.
"Girl when you coming back. I miss you." I pouted.
"Next week girl." She chuckled.
"Anyways how is it going. I see you took the wig off." I side eyed her.
"Don't do that. But it's going good. I'm having so much fun." She smiled.
"I'm glad you finally happy sis." I smiled. Her ex was toxic and abusive so she always had problems.
"Girl me too." She sighed.
"You okay. Like you needa talk to me." I asked.
"Yea. But when I get back." She nodded looking off.
"Where Golden at." She looked off again smiling.
"With Taurus and Paris. They waiting for me at the mall." I shook my head fixing my edges.
"Jamari what the hell. Girl imma call you back." She hung up.
"That girl." I shook my head.
My phone ring and I picked it up.
"Yes baby." I looked at Golden.
"Mommy where are you." She looked at the phone. I'm pretty sure she had Taurus or Syx phone.
"Mommy Syx said hurry up." She rubbed her eye.
"Okay. You sleepy." I asked.
"Yea." She nodded.
"Okay i'm coming. I'm leaving out the door now." I locked the door and walked to my car.
"Okay mommy. Love you." She kissed the camera.
"I love you too." She hung up and I got in the car.
20 minutes later...
"Finally damn." Syx sighed as I walked in kids foot locker.
"Shut up bitch." I treat Syx like a brother. I know both of his parents died but he won't open up about it. Just like me.
"Girl fuck you." He mushed my head.
"Da I want those ones."Paris pointed to the blue crocs. Golden had a same pair i'm sure he wanted to match with her.
"We can get it from the croc store. They got the lil things you can put on them too." Taurus told him.
"Okay." He nodded running over to Syx.
"Hey Taurus." I smiled hugging him.
"Wsp Mena." He hugged me back.
"Why do you have so many shoes on the counter." I looked at the register. There was two tall stacks.
"Cause I gotta get em right." He smiled.
"No. I can pay for her stuff." I frowned.
"It's okay Mena. I got it." He kissed my forehead.
"But- I don't care no buts i'm paying for they stuff." He cut me off.
"Okay." I mumbled.
"I want these ones." Golden ran over to him showing some air forces.
"Put it on the counter meme." He chuckled.
She ran off and I looked at him.
"You gon make her so spoiled." I whined.
"It's good. Cause imma be there to get her anything she want." He pulled me towards him.
"You don't know that." I mumbled. I never had faith in relationships after what happened with my sperm donor.
"Stop thinking bout him Mena. I ain't nothing like that nigga. And I know you gon say "I don't know that yet" but imma prove it to you." He looked at me in my eyes.

"Yea." I nodded.
"We gon finish this conversation later." He pulled away and walked to the register.
"Aye Mena come here." Syx shouted.

"You okay ?" I asked.
"Yea." His voice cracked.

"Okay now stop being pussy boyyy."He laughed pulling away.
"Look." He pointed to Taurus who was helping the people bag Golden and Paris shoes.
"ManMan come here." He shouted.
"What nigga." He walked over here.
"Don't be cursing." I chuckled.
"Say it." Syx said lowly.
"WHITEEE POWWWAAA." They shouted making everybody look at them.
"Let's go now." Taurus pushed all of us out the store.
"Damn nigga."Syx mumbled.
"The croc store closed Da." Paris frowned.
"It's cool we gon come another time okay." He told him.
"Okay." He nodded.
"You wanna ride with me or Tre." I asked Golden as her head laid on my shoulder.
"Tre." She mumbled.
"Damnn she got a favorite." Syx laughed.
"Shut up." I rolled my eyes.
"Let's get candy." Syx ran into the candy store.

They all followed Syx into the candy store. While he got some things Jamena put Golden down so she could get something.
As she was looking around to get Lula some of her favorite candies she heard Taurus yell.
"Yo fuck you tryna touch her for." He yelled picking up Golden who was now crying.
"Yo give me my daughter." Shawn tried to grab her.
