Chapter 54

ANTONIO'S POV

Sitting on the plane waiting to arrive home to my kids, I really miss them, especially my princess. I'll admit I really wanted her to come with me to Mexico but I had mafia business and she doesn't know about it which is why I didn't take her with me.

But when I called Alexander and he explained everything, I immediately called my pilot and told him to get the jet ready.

I was pacing the whole time thinking the worst, what If something happened to her? What if she's hurt? What is someone got to her? All horrible possible scenarios ran through me head at an uncontrollable speed.

True, I was supposed to come home today but not until the evening but seeing the circumstances I'd drop everything for my princess.

My leg bounced up and down the entire way and I had a glass of whiskey in my hand and a cigarette in the other. I took a long sip and enjoyed the burning feeling it bought.

I bought the cigarette to my mouth and took a long drag. I leaned my head back and closed my eyes as i heaved out a sigh.

I looked beside me and stared at the matte black gift box which is wrapped with a red ribbon.

I smiled softly and picked it up. I thought back to the day I bought it.

I had a meeting with some clients so I was making my way to one of their warehouses. My driver was driving and passed and small souvenir and gift shop.

I told him to pull over and he did. I got out and entered the shop. I had to bend a little since the door was a bit short.

I started looking around and came across a key chain and a mug which had some Mexican traditions one them. They were so lovely and I know that my princess likes learning about new cultures so I bought them.

The shop owner wrapped them in a box and handed the box to me. I payed and left the entered my car again.

I really hope she likes them. And I'll make sure that this assholes pay for trying to hurt my daughter.

Just thinking about the way I'm gonna torture them bought a smile to my face. I mean, I also got some new knives and I really need some candidates to try them.

I was bought out of my thoughts by the pilot announcing through the speakers "Sir, we're about to land, please put you're seatbelt on."

I put my seatbelt and secured it tightly. Finally! Now I can go and see them.

Once we landed safely a car was already waiting g for me. I got in just in time for Vincent to call me.

"Hello?"

"Dad, have you arrived yet?" He asked, his voice sounding worried and relived at the same time.

"Yes, I'm on my way." I said and I heard him sigh in relief.

"Ok we'll be waiting." He said and we exchanged goodbyes and hung up.

Soon we arrived at our medical and I got out. I had asked him where they were and he said our medical so here I am.

I went inside and walked in the hallway than spotted Leonardo and Vincent talking seriously.

They turned around once they heard my footsteps and rushed towards me.

They both hugged me and I did the same, then I asked sternly

"What happened?"

They both looked at each other nervously and then they explained everything that happened in detail.
