Isabella Rose

I sit in the cinema room watching Beauty and the Beast, as I sit comfortably in this sofa chair. I can't exactly complain that I'm being forced to stay here. Not only am I getting protection and promised revenge, but I'm also having the luxuries of life which I never thought I'd get. Including freedom. Perhaps life is finally starting to get better for me.

Don't be stupid Isabella. It's not like this is forever.

2 weeks had passed since I was first brought to this place. Nothing much happened apart from the usual routine. I would wake up, have breakfast with the three, wonder around the mansion, talk to Lorenzo and Vincent, dinner, sleep, repeat.

Valentino and I barely spoke unless it was about work. We were still waiting for updates so nothing much could be done.

"How is she dancing with him as if he didn't keep her captive against her will" I say annoyed looking at the screen.

It had been ages since I last read a Disney book. I smile remembering the times my father would read me books before I fell asleep.

Third pov

"Daddy. Please" a young Isabella says to her dad, looking up at him with pounting lips.

He scrunches his face as he looks at her, trying to resist her cuteness. "Bella. You know you have to sleep, you have school tomorrow" he tells her in an authoritive voice.

"But daddy. Only one book. I promise I will go to sleep after" she says still not backing down. She was quite a persistent little girl.

He sighs, giving in. How could he not? She was so adorable. His beautiful princess.

"Okay baby. Choose one book and then you will have to go to sleep after" he says strictly.

She gives him the biggest smile. "Yayy thank you daddy!". She runs over to her bookshelf and picks out a book, before walking back to her bed. Her father sits beside her on the bed, taking the book and tucking her under the covers.

"Beauty and the beast? Again? This seems to be your favourite book" he says chuckling as he flicks to the first page.

"It is! I like the way she falls in love with him, and the part where they dance together. I want that to happen to me" she replies with a toothy grin.

"Of course honey. But remember, this is just a book. A story. Completely made up. You have to be aware that these things, like being taken away, are not acceptable in reality" her father tells her trying to make her understand.

He was worried she might over look the problems of life.

"I know daddy" she replies, although her father wasn't quite convinced.

"Right, well, once upon a time..."
