A COUPLE BY THE NAMES OF JESSICA AND SEAN are currently occupied in their home – a trailer. They didn't have a lot of money, but they had enough to get by. Jessica touched her baby bump, "You promised that this was only going to be for a few weeks", the woman complained, fearing for the baby's childhood and not wanting it to grow up in a trailer.
"Look, just because we're in a trailer does not mean we're trailer park trash", Sean explained to his pregnant wife, walking towards her, his face softening.
Jessica's eyes snapped to her husbands, "Exactly", she emphasised, "We're worse. We don't even have enough money to be in a trailer park!", she whisper-yelled as if to not frighten the baby, she's carrying. She gazed out of the window, seeing a strange figure with a cloak but also something darting past.
The lights begin to flicker, and Jessica starts to freak out, thinking that something bad is going to happen. "Don't have a meltdown, okay? It's probably just the generator", Sean reassured his wife, rubbing his hand on her arm to comfort her.
"You mean the thing that runs the electricity and water?", Jessica snapped, instantly feeling regret. Sean gives a look and the woman sighs, "I'm sorry, I'm just tired of feeling slightly terrified all the time. It's not like I wanna be", she explained, getting an uneasy feeling, especially from the strange figure.
Jessica looked outside again, and the strange figure disappeared.
Sean goes to walk past his wife to turn on the generator, "Hey, look, it's going to get better", he assured his wife, before walking into the back.
Jessica sighed of relief, but after a few moments she heard screams – Seans screams. The woman immediately rushed to the back and saw his mutilated body on the floor, "Sean!", she cried out, tears pooling from her eyes.
When she looks up, she sees the kanima look her in the eye and whack her with its scaly tail. She cries out but nobody could hear her, she reaches for her phone and dials 9-1-1. In a flash, the kanima had scattered away and the strange figure was nowhere to be seen.

Esmeralda pushed Allison's door open with her foot, carrying two pizza boxes, one containing pepperoni pizza and the other containing the basic margarita pizza. She stood in the doorway smiling, "I've got the pizza", she grinned, and she walked in and placed both the boxes on the Argent girl's bed.
