"Overworking"

(Jimmy's citizens are at Lizzie's for a Tour for 1week so Jimmy can stay at Scott's, as the Swamp Empire doesn't have a big population of citizens)

Jimmy's Perspective:

I realized Scott had been overworking to much, in Rivendell. I noticed his routine of always checking his to-do list in his office. He kept being to "busy" to hangout with.

I also heard he wasn't eating, or sleeping. Just drinking a small portion of tea; Which is quite unexpected as a leader with great nice chefs and cooks for Top 10 meals. I didn't observe much to know how he got away with this every time.

I went to his office and knocked at the Spruce wooden door that has antlers carved into it;

"Name?" Scott said in a slight monotone voice

"Solidarity, The Codfather"

"You may enter." His voice became into more of a calm but tired tone

I went inside to see Scott writing the invitations for the festival for next week. I noticed a pile of finished letters placed in envelopes that had gold trimming; next thing I noticed is that he looked dead, like light bags under his eyes and his hair was a mess, he usually kept his hair tidy into a bun or a ponytail

"Hey Scott?"

"Yes? May I help you with anything Solidarity?" Scott turning his head over to the taller ruler

"Have you currently eaten,drank or slept today?"

"Yes, I did, all of those Jimmy. Anything else you need? Because I need to finish these letters, and discuss with my decorators with the designing process."

I could tell he was lying, through half of the sentence;

"Nope! Just wondering.."

I sighed and left the office area

Scott's Perspective:

I lied, I don't recall eating or sleeping at all today,

my gut says to not tell the truth, especially to Jimmy.

My thoughts was disturbed to Jimmy talking again

"Nope! Just wondering.."

I glared at him confusingly, he left my office leaving the door wide open. He seemed a bit moody today, does he know I was lying?

I walked up to the door shutting it gently, and continue writing the letters, I completely ignored about the incident that occurred

There was to much to finish.

Jimmy's Perspective:

I was staring at the ceiling of my guest room rethinking my thoughts, I decided to go to the markets and get Souvenirs from Rivendell, maybe learn it's history as well. And, pray that Scott rests when I'm back.

...

It's been about one hour, I went back to Scott's place and alerted the guards I was a guest at the area, I went straight in to Scott's office.

I opened the door slightly, I peaked through to see Scott talking to someone about the plan of the festival design. The festival wasn't even until next week!

I waited for the person to exit and I walked in, didn't even bother to knock.

"Scott."

Scott turned around slightly to face me

"Yes..?"

"You need to eat and rest, Scott. You may become sick!"

"So? What happens if I become sick? Stuff around Rivendell needs to be finished Solidarity."

That sentence, I snapped, I had enough. I picked Scott up in bridal style and up to my bedroom, I then plopped him down on my bed.

"What are you doing-"

"Stay here."

"But-"

"No Buts, Scott." I realized how stubborn he was, kept working on his his to-do list until a task was finished

I walked down to the Kitchen and asked if someone can make a snack for Scott, luckily, One of the chefs prepared something already for me, but I decided to give them to Scott to eat. I thanked them and went upstairs

I opened the door greeted to a confused and tired Smajor. I gave him the plate of treats,

He ate most of them, but then I notice him passing out from exhaustion.

I let him sleep in my bed, I didn't really mind at all.

...

I waked up to a panicked Scott, due to all the noise and mumbling he was making

"Calm down Scott, you should take 2-3 days off this week, it may be better for you."

"But what about my citizens & work Jimmy?"

He never called me by my name before, which surprises me.

"You should still be able to rule, just not spend hours on that one little to-do list, calling the list 'Salmon List'"

Scott giggled a bit and just agreed, he lays back and we just talk about our empires.
