"You were lying, weren't you?" Eren mumbled, betrayal clearly in his eyes.

"No, Eren, please, believe me!"

Eren shoved Jean away and walked towards Levi. The raven stared at Eren with a soft but dominant gaze, and Eren felt small under it, despite being taller than Levi. Their eyes met as Levi placed a hand on Eren's face and wrapped his other arm around his neck to pull him down. Eren instinctively snaked his arms around the raven's waist, pulling him close.

"Mi Amour, please remember me." Levi breathily begged.

Eren closed the gap between them, feeling sparks in his chest that weren't there with Jean. The teen gripped into Levi and tugged him closer, deepening the kiss. The moment they parted, it all came back to him.

Every memory he had up to making peace with Jean, everything came back. It wasn't enough to remind him of the red room or Armon attacking him, but it was enough to remember him sharing a bed with Levi, when Levi tended to his self harm injuries, the night with Levi at the roller rink. And that image of rain falling in reverse in his irises, he thought of that mostly.

"I love you," Eren blurted, staring into Levi's eyes.

Jean's heart dropped as he watched the connection between Levi and Eren passionately rekindle. Eren could remember everything before the downfall; therefore, Levi and Armin were the ones he'd trust more. Eren found himself smiling the more he gazed into Levi's stormy irises, and he finally accepted Levi as his boyfriend.

"Eren, why don't you remember the red room?" Jean shouted angrily.

Eren glared at the horseface. "I remember us becoming friends Jean, but I can't forgive you for lying to me."

"No! You're missing the most important part! The red room! The party!"

Levi redirected Eren's eyes to his. He purred, "Let's go home Mi Amour."

Eren nodded, leaning down to peck Levi's lips again, feeling that special spark. But before they turned away, Eren looked back at Jean, who was in complete shock.

"What about him? He's working with Hange." Eren reminded Levi.

The raven chuckled, "What do you suppose we do?"

Eren paused, knowing that deep down he wanted Jean dead. Jean's glower was digging into the two, but the two didn't let it affect them. As Eren opened his mouth to speak, a sudden loud yell cut him off.

"On the ground now!" A police officer boomed.

Levi and Eren shared a worried glance before the brunette quickly planned, "You run. They'll take me back to the asylum. You can hide there until we get out."

Levi smiled here Eren refer to them as a we. The raven nodded and pecked the boy's lips. "I love you."

Eren embraced Levi tightly. "I love you too."

The two separated, Levi jumping over the wall and Eren distracting the police. A cop slammed Eren to the ground and cuffed him, and the boy only smiled and laughed like a psychopath.

Eren was drug back into his unit and forced into a restraint jacket. He found it funny how irritated the nurses were, and the pain made him feel happy. Once they contorted his limbs into the restraint, they threw him to the ground.

As they left, one growled, "Now stay there, you little prick. And don't you dare move!"

The door slammed, shaking the room. Eren laid in the floor, laughing to himself like a maniac. After a long hour, Eren psychiatrist busted in, livid and shaking with rage. Eren smiled in a goofy way, watching the doctor seethe.

"Do you want to explain yourself?" He raged, crossing his arms.

Eren shrugged, "I took an opportunity."

The psychiatrist shouted with fury and grabbed Eren by the collar, hoisting him in the air. He pulled the boy close to his face, glaring daggers into him.

"Remember this, boy." He snarled. "Until I clear you as a sane person, you're gonna stay here, and so help me God, if you decide to pull a stunt like that again, I'll keep you sedated and restrained."

The doctor threw Eren to the ground, slamming the boy's head against the wall. Eren clumsily sat up, trying to refocus his vision. The doctor left, locking the door behind him so the teen didn't leave. Eren felt something drip down he nose, and as it dripped onto the belt of his restraint jack, he began to chuckle, seeing that it was blood.

"I told you, I told you!" Eren yelled gleefully. "Levi is innocent." His voice softened. "And Levi is mineee."

Eren had started to lose his grip on reality. It was almost like he didn't care anymore; he wanted what his morals wouldn't allow. Now, he couldn't remember Levi as a murderer, so his conscience could be clear, but though he couldn't remember the red room, his soul still reacted with guilt. Eren found it funny that he felt guilty for no reason.

"Levi...Levi...Levi..." Eren rambled quietly. "Who are you really?"
