I sit down beside Lizzie and put my hand on the side of her arm trying to provide comfort to her until I know what's wrong.

She looks down at my hand making contact with her arm and I think that distracts her because her breathing gets lighter and she seems to be calming down. She looks up at me and quickly stretches her arms around my body pulling me in tight.

I can feel the tension release from her body as I reciprocate the hug holding her close. She sniffles a few times and wipes her tears away with her shirt while still holding onto me.

"Are you ok?" I ask as she has seemed to calm down.

"Yeah, I just tripped over the table and hit my hurt foot while falling on the floor. You walked in just after it happened," she explains and I nod.

"So you are okay now? Any pain still? You didn't hit your head did you?" I ask, still concerned.

"I'm okay now that you're here. To answer your other questions, no I did not hit my head and I'm just in a little pain. It will go away though."

I stand up and hold my hand out to help her up. She takes it with both hands and pulls herself onto her feet.

"Thank you for leaving me that note too. You could have just texted me too you know. You have my number, or did you forget already?" Lizzie says with a hint of sarcasm.

"No, I didn't forget. And leaving notes is much better. I like it more than sending a text," I explain and she gives me a weird look before it turns into a giggle.
I'm not sure what I did but I'm glad she is laughing and not crying anymore.

I open the fridge and look for something to eat for dinner. I see some chicken breasts so I take them out and place them on the counter.

"Did you call your manager?" I ask as I search through the drawer for a bowl and pan.

"I did. They said there are scenes I can film where there isn't much movement and they can get a stunt double to cover the main stuff. I can start filming Wednesday which is in two days. I'll just have to be careful," she explains in detail as she watches me prepare dinner.

"That's good. As long as you feel okay to go back."
I start cooking the chicken and make a caesar salad to go on the side.

"Sorry, I didn't even ask if you were okay with having this for dinner. I can make you something else if you want," I say feeling kinda dumb for not asking first.

"No! This is perfect," she says and smiles, which makes me relieved. I continue cooking in the kitchen while Lizzie sits on the clutch and relaxes, occasionally glancing over to watch what I am doing.

When it's finally ready we make our way to the table to start eating. It is much quieter than our usual dinners, but not to the point where it's awkward. We are simply enjoying each other's company while we eat.

We finish and I clean up. Lizzie offered to help but I quickly shit her down and told her she should be resting. She didn't like that very much but after a while, she listened to me. It is now 7:00 pm and I have no idea what I want to do so I ask Lizzie.

"Lizzie?" I call to the woman in the other room.

"Yeah y/n?" She replies.

I walk into my bedroom after figuring out where her voice was coming from. I jump onto the bed beside her making her laugh at the randomness.

"What do you want to do tonight?" I ask her, hoping she has an idea.

"I was going to ask you the same thing," she says and I roll my eyes playfully.
