In honor of me being sick and at home with nothing to do :)

Reader is 16 and gets a cold while filming Scarlett comforts her, set during the filming of infinity war

*y/n's pov*

It was that time of year again and I had ANOTHER cold all I've wanted to do is sleep but when I finally fall asleep I end up waking up feeling like I have to puke. Fun yayyyy. Note the sarcasm

The Russo's gave me today off because I'm feeling reallyyyyy sick today and I probably would've been really out of it and just not prepared to film scenes if they hadn't so bless them.

And I'm like sick sick like tissues stuck up your nose kinda sick my nose is way to runny to not have tissues stuffed up my nose soooo

That leads to now it was currently 12:26pm and I had just woken up for what felt like the millionth time to go to the bathroom because once again I felt like I needed to puke

On my way back to my bed I grabbed a bowl to bring with me. Why didn't I think of that before that could've saved me from getting up all those times ugh

Once I was comfy I closed my eyes and was about to fall asleep when I heard a knock on the trailers door

I reluctantly got up wrapping the blanket around me before walking over to the door and opening to see Scarlett

"Hey" I said moving away from the door so she could come in

"Hey that's a nice look you have going on" she said laughing while walking in

"I know right I'm red carpet ready" I joked going back to my bed and laying in it

"Are you feeling any better?" She asked getting under the covers to lay beside me

"What are you doing?" I ask

"Laying down duh" she said opening her arms for me

"But I'm sick I don't want to get you sick" I say

"Do you think I care about that? Now come here so I can hug my sick baby" she says making grabby hands at me

"Okay fine but if you get sick don't blame me" I say moving closer to her

"I won't blame you and besides this is my job" she says pulling me close to her and resting my head on her chest

"And that is?" I say

"Comforting you duh has this cold made your last brain cell die?" She joked

"Hey that's rudeee" I say closing my eyes

Scarlett saw that I started to close my eyes so she started running her hands through my hair and humming

"Shhh it's okay sleep you need sleep to help heal you"

"Okay but just to warn you I wake up alot and get the chills and sweats" I say snuggling closer to her resting one of my arms across her stomach

"That's okay dont worry about that now sleep" she said continuing to hum and sing while playing with my hair

*Scarlett's pov*

I felt bad for y/n this stupid cold hit her hard all I wanted to do was snuggle her all day but of course the filming schedule wouldn't allow it

As soon as I was done filming I basically ran to her trailer quickly letting the others know with a 'going to check on y/n'

Now she's passed out while I still run my hand through her hair and softly hum that was until I got a text

How is she?

Scarlett
Worse then yesterday

She's passed out on me right now

Lizzie
Awwww poor baby

I'm on my way

Okay

After a minute I heard the door open and quietly shut before I heard footsteps coming towards us and then Lizzie popped her head into the room smiling amd taking out her phone tp take a picture

"Awww you guys are to cute" she says walking the other side of the bed as getting in

Lizzie snuggled up beside y/n and we quietly talked until eventually both of us fell asleep hugging y/n
