Zara's pov

Ava and I are now back at my place, I asked Enzo to just drop us both off here so she can spend the night

And the only reason was so I could get the tea on her and Matteo I mean COME ON!! It's so obvious there's something there

But before I do I tell her about the small talk Enzo and I had, AND how he freaking gave me his ring

"SHUT UP! Girl your so lucky, it's SO obvious he likes you!!"

"And don't think I didn't hear him calling you sweetheart heart when we were getting in the car on our way there!" She says

"Yeah I know I was shocked he called me that too! And I like it " I shrug "I mean you know how much I love my nicknames"

"Ya don't even get me started on your nickname obsession" she laughs

"Speaking of nicknames...what's going on with you and daddy pig" I laugh

She grabs one of my couch pillows and groans into it while I start laughing

"BE QUIET, Nothing is going on he's annoying" she rolls her eyes

"Yeah sure...usually when people annoy you, you bother them a tiny bit and ignore them till they leave you alone...that back at the bowling alley was not you leaving it alone," I say

"Actually I do remember you even following him to get pizzas" I laugh

"Ya cus I don't trust him," she says in a 'duh' tone

"GIRL! You love almost ANY kind of pizza stop lying you like him!" I say while shoving her shoulder

"STOP IT! I don't like him, he's annoying and cocky and-" she starts saying but u cut her off

"And stupidly attractive ?" I Finish her sentence

"YES!" She says and stops when she realizes what she says " I MEAN NO NO HES NOT THAT"

At this point I'm just uncontrollably laughing

"It's okay to like him Ava he's sweet and really funny" I shrug

"Ugh that's not fair you tricked me!! Into saying that"

"Did not..." I say

"and may I remind you, you never had to agree to go play basketball with the man" I smirk at her

"WHATEVER! I'm going to sleep" she says as she gets up to leave towards my room

And I just laugh.

I then take out my phone to text Enzo

Zara: thank you for inviting us tonight, I don't know about Ava but I don't remember the last time I had that much fun

About a minute later I hear my phone ding

Enzyyy: no problem we should do it again sometime, I had a lot of fun as well, maybe next time we won't bring Ava and Matt...

Omg does he want to go just me and him?

Zara: yeah maybe, goodnight Enzyyyy

I HAD to use the nickname

Enzyyy: goodnight muffin

And Yet again I have a smile on my face that I can't seem to get rid of...

"Night Ava," I say

"Night Zara, also we should add red velvet cake to the bakery menu for this week" she says

I smirk "does it have anything to do with the fact that I heard Matt saying that he loved red velvet?" I laugh lightly

"Definitely not...goodnight," she says

I laugh "goodnight"
