The next afternoon, the girl caught the boy looking at her numerous times throughout the class. She found herself more on edge because of it, and she constantly looked behind her to see if he was glancing at something or someone not herself. Although she tried to find every reason to deny it, the voice in the back of her head whispered to her that it was in fact her.
