Y/n walks next to Toph back to camp

Y/n: I'll see you in the morning!

Toph: I wish I could see you at any time...

They both laugh as they go their separate ways

Y/n walks into his room and looks in the mirror

He looks himself in the eyes

What if I don't go out there...?

Will they still be able to win...?

What lives will be lost...?

Y/n: I'm going out there to fight...

Azula:Well I hope so...otherwise I'd be having all the fun...

Y/n laughs a bit

Y/n: As if you care...

Azula: Who am I to not fight alongside my champion...?

Y/n: How long have you been in here anyway?

Azula: When you walked off I came in here immediately...I figured you wouldn't be out there very long...

Y/n: And if I was?

Azula:I would've dragged you in here myself...

Y/n: That almost makes me want to go out there just to see you try...

Azula: You know y/n I don't think I've ever told you this but...your eyes...even in complete darkness they radiate power, like a fire is inside of them and I find it alluring and hard to look away from at times...

Y/n: Is something wrong Azula, don't get me wrong, I enjoy to compliments but it's odd...

Azula: I need something from you...

Y/n: What ever you need...

Azula: Wan has informed me that you don't need to sleep, I suspected this in the past because you were always guarding my door with what I assumed to be minimal sleep...turns out it was none...

Y/n: I can definitely sleep, just don't need to...

Azula: Remember how when you used to hold my hand when I slept when I was scared...?

Y/n: How could I forget all the bruises and burned hands I received...?

Azula:I need you to do that again...I'm scared...things that I'm sure my mind is making up but still frightens me...

She grabs his hand as she lays down

He looks at her and smiles

Y/n: So...no burns or bruises in the morning right?

Azula closes her eyes and smiles back

Azula:No promises...

He watches over her as he sleep as Wan sits on his shoulder

The sun rises once again as doors can be heard opening as everyone is waking up

Azula wakes up as well as she sees y/n still holding her hand

Azula: No burns...?

Y/n: No burns...

He gently releases her hand

Y/n: We have a long day tomorrow and I think we should-

Katara knocks on the door

Y/n opens it up

Katara: Have you seen Azula? She wasn't in her room...

Y/n: Yea she's in here...

Katara: Would Aang be in there by any chance?
