The next day Alex ordered everyone into the dining room for a meeting, that included the Maddox twins, Jackson as well as Chloe and Reece.
I sat next to Luke, his hand was wrapped around my own with his thumb rubbing in circles as Alex began to speak.
"We need to track Matîs down and fast, he has Ezmie's friends and mum, he won't hesitate to hurt them" he spoke loudly
"Santiago, do you know we're he is or have any idea on where he could be?" Alex spoke looking at the Spanish mafia don
"He will either be in an abandoned warehouse, one of the Spanish warehouse or in his house in Liverpool" Santiago answered
"He's won't be in Liverpool" I spoke absentmindedly
I wasn't looking up at anyone so all I could hear was shuffling about until I finally brought my head up and looked around.
"What?" I asked confused
"What do you mean by he won't be in Liverpool" Kayden asked looking at me
"She means we were there when we went away for a while and there was no sign of him" Chloe answered for me
"Did he know you were there" Cohan asked immediately
"Not that I know of, but he wouldn't go there I hope" I said the last but below a whisper
"Why not" Cassius fought
I guess he heard
I swallowed trying to think of an excuse of why Matîs might not go to Liverpool, if they think he's in Liverpool there going to go.
And I can't let them see the house I grew up in especially since everything is the exact same.
Luke's hand tightened in my own as I looked up to him, he nodded his head.
He was here for me
"If you go to Liverpool your going to be even worse trust me, that house if not suitable" I argued my voice slightly raised
"Ezmie princess, you know what ever it is you can tell us" my dad coaxed looking at me
"Come on sweetheart we will be with you every step of the way" my grandad added on
"If he is in Liverpool he's gone there on purpose" I started
"He knows that if you see the house I grew up in your going to get angry meaning he is going to do something irrational" i continued
"I'm guessing his plan is to make you mad and then potentially kill or hurt someone we love" i finished
No one said anything but it was tense, they listened to every word I just spoke.
