Nevaeh was rushing around her room trying to find her laptop. She thought that she had put it on her desk but apparently she didn't and now if she doesn't hurry she's gonna be late.

When she finally found it she put it in her bag and ran out the door. She made sure to lock the door and started running down the satires.

Once out, she started sprinting, hitting and bumping into people left and right. Apology after apology she reached, but with how much little students that were still outside, she knew that she was late.

Breathing heavily, she opened the heavy doors with her skinny arms and went inside, not looking in-front of her, she ran into a rock hard back.

Stumbling back from the force, her back hit a hard chest, muscular arms wrapped gently around her forearms and steadied her.

The person she bumped into first turned around and her eyes widened.

It was the one of new professors, the first one she made eye contact with, the hazel eyed one.

Realizing she was still being held, her eyes widened even more in fear. She shrugged the arms holding her off of her and turned sideways.

She finally came face to face with the last professor. His empty deep brown eyes stared right back at her.

She opened her mouth and closed it several times, not knowing what to say.

Finally gaining some courage she opened her mouth and forced out her words.

"I-I'm sorry, I d-didn't s-see you." Her voice came out as a whisper, full of fear and shame.

Eliot's eyes softened seeing her delicate form, but he couldn't help but feel anger when he heard and saw the fear in her eyes and voice. He knew that it had to be caused by something or someone.

Lightly shaking his head to get rid of the thoughts, he looked down at the angel in-front of him and softened his voice as much as he could.

"It's okay, are you hurt?" He sneaked a glance at his friend, Hades, and saw him already looking at the tiny girl standing in-front of them.

"N-no, but I-i really need t-to get to c-class. Excuse me." She quickly said and rushed away before they could say anything.

Both men looked at each other and nodded their heads, thinking the same thing.

They separated and headed towards the class they're teaching and agreed to meet up in Theodore's office.

Hades sent a message to their group chat and told them the plan. Once he got the positive reply's he tucked his phone in his suit pocket and continued on with his teaching.

Nevaeh ran as fast as she could until she reached the lecture hall door. Panting, she raised her shaky hand and knocked on the door and slowly went inside.

Theodore stopped talking when the door opened and violet eyed beauty came in view.

Not gonna lie, he was worried when he didn't see her in her seat, he tried to think positively and assure himself that she's okay.

Now seeing her, he finally felt relief wash over him, but he needs to act in-front of the students and make sure that they don't cross him.

"Miss Violet, why are you late?" He asked and crossed his arms across his chest.

Both him and Nevaeh heard snickering and a few people laughing at her being scolded.

He looked at the people laughing and shot them a glare, once they saw his deadly look they shut up.

"Something funny, Kenny?" He mocked, his voice as cold as ice.

Kenny looked and shook her head negatively, looking at the table in embarrassment.

Looking back at Nevaeh, he saw her gulp and she looked at him with eyes full of fear. He clenched his jaw and leaned on the desk.

"I-I'm sorry sir." Her silky voice said and looked at the floor.

"Don't let it happen next time." He said and nodded his head, indicating for her to take a seat.

She nodded her head, and silently starting making her way towards her seat at the far back. She sat down and took out her laptop and notebook.

Theodore started talking and she started taking down notes.

Though while he was talking their was a point that she didn't understand, now others would've raised their hand and asked, but this is Nevaeh we're talking about.

She wouldn't raise her hand even if her life depended on it. So she decided to wait until the lecture finished.

Two hours passed and the students started leaving the hall. Nevaeh was the last to start walking. She made her way towards the desk and stood there awkwardly.

Theodore was packing up his stuff, not aware of the soft presence waiting for him.

Nevaeh decided to speak up, "Mr King?"

Theodore stilled when he heard her angelic voice close to him.

He slowly turned around and stopped what he was doing. He saw how nervous she is and how she's fiddling with her fingers.

"Mr. King?" He blinked and snapped out of his daze.

He lightly cleared his throat and said, "Miss Violet, do you need something?"

She bit her lip and his eyes immediately traveled to her lips, the pink flesh between her teeth. His eyes darkened and he felt something stir inside him.

"I um actually didn't understand something and um could you maybe explain it again?" She fumbled her words, her heart beating more each passing second.

Theodore was shocked and happy at the same time. He didn't know how to get her alone and talk to her but it's like she was the one coming to him. He was happy he'd get to know her more, even if it's helping her with her studies.

"Of course, why don't you come to my office at 4 o'clock and we'll work on what you didn't understand." He offered and smiled softly at the tiny nervous girl in-front of him.

Nevaeh was grateful that he's taking time to help her, and she's gonna make sure that she doesn't bother him or act silly in-front of him.

She nodded and said, "Okay, thank you." She smiled shyly and gratefully.

She made her way towards the door. Ready to leave, she turned back one more time, only to see him staring at her with an unreadable emotion in his eyes . She smiled one more times and left.

Not knowing that five dangerous men were waiting for her.
