Aether needs help

In the morning.

Y/n had turned back into a human in her sleep.

Y/n pov:

I felt a hand slowly glide through my hair.
Uncosciously i grabbed the hand with my own and put it under my head, using it as a pillow.
I heard someone chuckle. But it wasn't one person, it was two.

"Hm?" I hummed, still half asleep.

I heard two people talk to eachother.

Still gripping the hand and holding it under my head, i slowly opened my eyes.
My heart fluttered and my tail started wagging.

Xiao looked at me. A super small and tiny smile on his face. He was sitting on the floor next to me, and it took me a few seconds to understand that it was his hand i was holding.

"Xiao..." i said in a low voice.
He answered me, "i was wondering where you were." He said.
"But Zhongli told me you fell asleep here last night." He said. I then looked over to Zhongli, he was sitting on a chair.

I slowly sat up. "I'm sorry for falling asleep, i hope i didn't bother you too much Zhongli." I said, my ears falling to the side.

"Of course not, there was no problem at all, i'm actually glad you stayed here for once." Zhongli said.
I smiled at him, my ears pointing upwards and my tail still wagging.

"We'll be on our way." Xiao said, grabbing my hand and pulling me up.

Zhongli pov:

I saw the look he gave Y/n when she was asleep.
When she grabbed his hand he was a blushing mess as well.
And he was looking at her with a soft face and love in his eyes.

I'm glad it finally worked out.

I chuckled.
"Xiao, may i speak to you alone before you two leave?" I said and stood up.

Y/n pov:

I looked at Zhongli with curious eyes.
I wonder what he wants to talk about...

"Fine, but make it quick." Xiao answered.

"I'll wait outside then" i said.
I walked towards the door.
"See you soon Zhongli!" I said happily and went outside.

I waited for a couple of minutes, wondering what he wanted to say. Apparently something important because they did take their time.

All of a sudden the door busted open and Xiao walked out.

Huh?

His face was as red as a tomato and he walked straight towards me.
He grabbed my hand, "we're going back to the Inn, and i never want to enter this house again." He said.

I had a confused look on my face. I looked behind him and saw Zhongli giving me a thumbs up, while standing in the door way.

What did they talk about?

Xiao grabbed my waist and teleported us away.

Once we were at the balcony, Xiao went to the railing, put on his mask and teleported away.
