Completed Works Library and Reading Guide (strictly boyxboy) *Revised Edition*

(3-2-2013 A/N: Revised to reflect the library’s transformation from conceptualization to application.  I tried to be brief; I believe that only pertinent information follows.)

                Drenched’s public reading list consist of 10 categories to organize boyxboy works found on Wattpad.  Drenched’s profile features only COMPLETE and strictly, BOYXBOY works.  Each work appears in the library only one time, in one place/category even though some works may fall under more than one category.  Therefore, Drenched’s library counts (usually weekly or biweekly) indicate distinct, separate, individual works.  The modified library categories are as follows:

1.            *Drenched's Epic Personal Favorites         

2.            Short Stories/One-Shots             

3.            Yaoi/Teen Fiction

4.            Yaoi/Teen Fiction II        

5.            Non-Teen Fiction/Rated R/Mature/ManxMan  

6.            Paranormal/Sci-fi/Fantasy/Non-Human/Alt. Reality        

7.            Werewolves     

8.            Vampires            

9.            Family-cest        

10.          Drama  

Drenched is also @rain_water.  Over @rain_water the library consist of strictly BOYXBOY and RECENTLY UPDATED works.  Since @rain_water is the founding boyxboy library, most of the library news, information, and communication come from @rain_water.  Only, library counts and Drenched’s *Reading Guide come from Drenched.  Both libraries have a “Method to Madness,” how I decide what goes in what category.  Below is Drenched’s Method to Madness in the proper category order, 1 through 10.

2.       Short Stories/One-Shots

3.       Family-cest

4.       Vampires

5.       Werewolves

6.       Paranormal/Sci-fi/Fantasy/Non-Human/Alt. Reality

7.       Drama

8.       Non-Teen Fiction/Rated R/Mature/ManxMan

9.       Yaoi/Teen Fiction

10.   Yaoi/Teen Fiction II

Drenched’s Method to Madness explanation:

 1.       If the story is my personal favorite, it goes in Drenched's Epic Personal Favorites, regardless of what the story genre. 

2.       If the story does not meet the first criteria (my personal favorite) and is a one-shot, short story, or *overflow it goes in Short Stories/One-Shots.

3.       If the story does not meet the first or second criteria, and involves intimacy with someone in the family tree (blood-related or otherwise), it goes in Family-cest.

4.       If the story does not meet the first, second, or third criteria, and includes a vampire, it goes in Vampires.  If the story includes a vampire regardless of any other creature, be it werewolf or alien, it goes in Vampires. 

5.       If the story does not meet the first, second, third, or forth criteria, and includes a werewolf, it goes in Werewolves.

So on, and so forth, you get it right??  Let me know if I make sense.  I decide category placement from author tags and/or descriptions, as I have not read everything yet.  Using the author tags and/or descriptions method can occasionally be misleading, because some authors dislike descriptions or use limited tags.  For example, a story may include a vampire, but fail to mention a vampire in the description or tags.  Therefore, I go with whatever is mentioned.  How the author draws the reader in is the author’s prerogative.
