Chapter 3 [The Capital]

Tatsumi's P.O.V

Well, i never expected this to happen, i'm being taken to the capital to meet the empress as a canidate for marrage when i started out as just a hybrid vigilante around village's.

Tatsumi:(Is this seriously happening? Why am i being considered a canidate? Please tell me this empress isn't a super freak.):"Hey Gaurry, what's this empress like?"

Gaurry:"She's a kind and gental woman who has basicly bent over backward's for her kingdom, she's prevented war's from getting anywhere near our kingdom and has kept the citizen's happer than they've ever been."

Tatsumi:(Does she really need a husband to help her rule? It sound's like she has everything more than under control to me.)

After a little over twenty minute's we finally arrived in the capital.

Tatsumi:(Sheash, this place is huge, well i should follow Gaurry to the castle so i don't get lost in this place.)

We got to the castle and i stood in line next to the other canidate's and got to listen to all of them and there hope's for marrying the empress, one of them sounded rather cocky.

Canidate:"There's no doubt about it, i'll be the emperor by the end of the day and this empress will be my girl."

Tatsumi:(Man, you're an ass.)

As i thought to myself the empress walked out.

Akame:"Good afternoon everyone."

Tatsumi:(Oh god, she's cute.)

She went by the canidate's one by one seeing if we would be fit as an emperor, it was kinda funny to see her out right reject the cocky dude and to see him walk away completely defeated.

It was getting to the end of the line and i was the last one to be seen, i thought for sure i was going to get my usual treatment the whole "Get this dirty Hybrid out of my castle" or "Stay away from me creature" that sorta thing, i couldn't have been any more wrong.

Akame:"What's your name?"

Tatsumi:"Tatsumi."

Akame:"Well if i must say, you're very handsome."

Tatsumi:"Th-Thank you."

It was a surprise to me that she hadn't thrown me out yet, does she not know i'm a Hybrid?

Akame:"Where do you live?"

Tatsumi:"I don't really have a home, i've been living on the street's since i was a kid.":(That just screwed my chance's for sure.)

Akame:"What about you parents? If you don't mind me asking of course."

Tatsumi:"I don't remember much but i don't believe there alive anymore to be honest."

I wasn't paying attention while i was talking with her, she ended up behind me and started nuzzling her face into my hair catching me of guard.

Tatsumi:"Y-Your highness?"

Akame:"So fluffy."

Tatsumi:(I may have gotten myself into a bad situation, what the hell is she doing?)

Akame:"I believe we have found him, my husband."

Tatsumi:(Oh no oh no, yep bad situation and i ain't getting myself out of this one.)

Akame:"Let him get some rest, he has to be ready for the upcoming wedding."

Next thing i knew i was being taken to the empress bed room for rest.
