Third Person POV
At his house, Bilbo Baggins was quietly eating his dinner when his doorbell rang. He looked up with a start! Who could be here at this hour! He scurried to the door, quickly tightening his robe.
At the door stood a muscular dwarf, "Dwalin at your service" he said with a bow.
A very confused Bilbo answered, "Uh hello, but do I know you?" Dwalin looked at him funny and said, "No! Where is it?"
A frazzled Bilbo responded, "Where's what?"
Dwalin gave him another look , "The food of course, he said there'd be lots of it!"
He pushed past Bilbo and headed to the kitchen as Bilbo muttered, "Who said?" Before Bilbo knew it, there was a dwarf eating his supper in his kitchen!
As Dwalin ate the head off the fish, he asked Bilbo, "Do you have anymore of this, it's good?" Bilbo, surprised that the dwarf was still hungry got up to give Dwalin a bowl of bread rolls, but not before he took one for himself.
As Dwalin ate the bread rolls, Bilbo's doorbell rang again.
Dwalin mentally chuckled at Bilbo's startled look, before saying, "That'll be the door."
At the door was yet another dwarf, but this one was older with white hair; he bowed and said, "Balin at your service." Overwhelmed, Bilbo just nodded and stepped aside. As Balin saw Dwalin sitting at the table he smiled and walked over to him.
"Ha, evening brother!" Balin chuckled.
"By my beard," Dwalin said happy to see his old friend, "You're shorter and wider than the last time we met!"
"Wider not shorter," Balin replied, " But sharp enough for the both of us!" The dwarves laughed and abruptly head-butted. In the corner Bilbo jumped and winced, surprised at their show of affection.
"Excuse me," Bilbo peeped as the dwarves raided his pantry, "I hate to interrupt, but the thing is, I'm not sure if you're in the right house!" Bilbo was ignored as the dwarves kept talking. Slightly insulted Bilbo continued, "It's not that I don't like visitors, I like them as much as the next hobbit. But I do like to know them before they come visiting!"
The dwarves continued to ignore him as Dwalin said, "What's this?" pointing to a block of blue cheese.
"I don't know," Balin replied, "I think it's cheese, but it's gone blue and it's riddled with mold!"
Not bothering to point out that the cheese was ment to be that way, Bilbo began again, "The thing is, I don't know either of you," he ducked as Dwalin flung a piece of food over his shoulder, narrowly missing Bilbo. A bit shaken Bilbo continued, "I don't know you in the slightest. I don't mean to be blunt but I had to speak my mind, I'm sorry!"
As if sorry was a magical word, the dwarves went silent and Balin smiled and said, "Apology accepted." A confused Bilbo became even more confused as the bell rang again, 'What now!' Bilbo thought.
Bilbo walked over to the door, and opened it to reveal two young dwarves. "Fili," greeted the dwarf with blond hair.
"Kili," said the dwarf with brown hair.
"At your service," they said in unison with a low bow.
"You must be Mr. Boggins," Kili assumed with a smile as he started to walk in.
Without bothering to correct him, Bilbo announced, "Nope, you can't come in! You've come to the wrong house!" He then attempted to shut the door, but Kili caught it before it closed all the way.
