CHAPTER 35; ???

It's been a week since jennie's delivery, so obviously she's already in our house resting while taking care of sevi. and it's already been a week also that i'm not visiting my company, i let dad manage it first because my family needs me, i know jennie still needs to recover from the pain she felt while delivering our baby.

so being the good partner that i am, i chose to look after them and spend more time with my family first

Time check. it's already 3am but here i am tapping sevi's butt while singing him a lullaby, this baby is not letting me rest i swear, whenever i see his eyes close he will immediately open it and smile widely

"munchkin, you should sleep, it's already late and mommy will wake up soon" i said and get him inside his crib, i decided to carry him and sway his body a little, "your lips are like mine, but your nose and eyes are like mommy's, heheh cuttie" i giggle and kiss his pouty lips that made his smile grow wider

"okay you need to sleep now or else monster will come" i threatened him even tho he can't understand me and i start to sing him again a song trying to make him fall sleep

i keep repeating the lyrics because i don't know the song really, i just heard it from jennie's phone so i tried to practice it for future purposes and gladly i can now apply it to our son

a yawn scape my lips and i look at sevi who's now peacefully sleeping in my arms, "goodnight munchkin, i love you" i kiss his forehead and sway his body a little more.

i was about to put sevi down but a hand suddenly snake on my waist that made me smile, "daddy, you should sleep" jennie said quietly on my back

"yes, i just let this munchkin sleep first or else he will cry out loud" i chuckle and put sevi inside his crib, i fix his blanket and face jennie before embracing her

i hold her waist and sway our body a little so it looks like we're dancing at the middle of our room, "thank you for giving sevi to me, you're really the best" i said and kiss her forehead while closing our eyes enjoying the moment on being with each others arms

"you deserve the best" jennie mumble and i smile before kissing her nose, "that's why i deserve you" i replied and i can clearly see the the blush on her cheeks even tho our room is kinda dim

I was startled in my sleep when i heard the loud sound from my alarm, i look at it and it's already 8 in the morning, oh shit i forgot to wake up

Jennie's not in the bed with me anymore so i stood up and look at the crib but sevi is also not there, aish where did they go

"babee" i called out but i didn't hear any response, i proceed to the toilet and pee first, i look at the mirror and i started to wash my face and apply mouth wash before going downstairs

while I'm on the stairs i heard a loud giggles from jennie, i smile automatically and i spotted them on the sofa playing sevi's toys

"you know what baby, you really look like your daddy, you both are handsome" jennie tickle sevi's side that cause our son to squeal quietly

"thanks for the compliment" i said and jennie look at me before laughing, "glad you're awake" she replied and i kiss her forehead, "Good morning"
